Eye Floaters Risks & Treatments || How to Get Rid of Eye Floaters

Doctor I have floaters since 4 months...and recently diagnosed with retinal hole in one eye and lattice degeneration in other eye...but they are treated by barrage laser....
Now some floaters are increased after that but doctor told me that everything is good ...and suggested me regular check up at every 1 year
I wanted to ask that floaters will increase after that and ....can I Move eyes in circular motion???..... because I have lattice degeneration does eye motion in circle would be dangerous for me???
