This video consists of the artworks of all the 281 Ultimate-level Digimon.
Ultimate, also referred to as level VI, is the term used which refers to the 6th and final stage of Digimon evolution.
Ultimate Digimon are those who have attained the final stage of evolution. Rarely encountered, these Digimon tend to be extraordinarily powerful. Evolution can still be observed, though rarely, from the Ultimate level to other Ultimate Digimon.

You forgot to include any of the X-Antibody forms so this list is far from containing ALL Ultimate level digimon.
X-Antibody forms are on another list.
@@neo-lyoko7777 Doesn't change the fact that the title of the video claims this is ALL Ultimate level digimon when it isn't because of the exclusion of the X-Antibody forms thus making it a false claim. Especially since there are a few digimon whose X forms count as Ultimate level like Magnamon, Rapidmon and Lucemon even though the base stages aren't.
