I launched a Kickstarter on feb 3 for my novel and although it was a huge leap of faith, it’s gotten to 40% funded thanks to my family. I’ve always struggled to ask for help, or relying on others and it brought to my attention how insanely supportive my family is. They backed the project without question and told me how proud they were of me, and through they’re help it showed others who aren’t related to me or know me to see the project is worth backing. I was so overwhelmed by the love I have around me that I was blind to, and it’s okay to accept help and support

Pile 2 I've had such a hard time at work. When I needed the major support that's when my loved one didn't know how to stand by me. I have the feeling that I need to pursue my dream no matter what. You made me cry with Group 2. Gave me chills as well. Everything you said resonated 100%. I have been coming out of burnout and for the past 2 years I felt like 2% of the person I used to be. As of late finally after 2+ years, I've been feeling 80+ percent myself again! Where my brain previously felt too burnt out to even do simple arithmetics, I can finally think again like I used to or at least pretty close to it! And this is where I got chills, I have been calling this improvement I feel in myself and the return my dreams, energy, etc. as the rise of a Phoenix! I swear. I could provide you screenshots of older posts and such right now, haha.
But everything you said... Even the negative and painful stuff throughout my life even up until the very end where you said that what I dreamt about and imagined what I wanted in my life, people said it all was unrealistic. So many people who I thought supported me, treated me like I was delusional. Like I was reaching for unattainable stars. From childhood all the way up until the current day now being 31. Looking at me sceptically, talking to me in the most sceptical tone. But everytime when someone has underestimated me, I took that as fuel where I thought "WELL I'LL SHOW YOU." and then achieved everything I wanted to achieve. I am a scientist now. My aim since 2017 or so has been to become a professor in my field of science. And ever since then I've been met with new scepticism. But before that I was already met with people being sceptical about me even finishing my studies and such yet I graduated both my bachelor's and my master's with impressive progress made during my master's (statistically).
But.. People's disbelief in me and acting like I could never, despite having proven it, it still lingers. I still feel like I am not capable enough to do the things people acted I wasn't back then. So I do feel inadequate still and very insecure about my skills. But I'm working on unlearning that mindset because I am skilled. Factually. I've done the things before so that already proves I can do it. I am looking for a job and it has been hard but so I have been omitting things from my resume because of the aforementioned because I felt I could not write down being able to do certain things if it was met with people saying my understanding was only enough to pass or just inadequate. So I don't even dare to write those things down because what if places want to contact my university to check and confirm only to be met with "Nah, she couldn't do it up to par." even if I did pass the courses for it.
I'm re-evaluating my resume and going to try again. I do feel sad though because I feel because of my resume I was not hired for vacancies I really wanted. But I hope this revised and updated resume will change that in the near future.

Pile 2. I always have felt different from most people as I don't follow the croed and i conform to a point. I have restarted an old job that pays well. It's a lot of work but I enjoy it.

Group 3- I had to comment this- I normally don't talk about this, but I am apart of a DID system. I was our host for a long time, but in October 2022 I went dormant from extreme stress. Hii!!! I chose Pile 3, I'm a medical student in Cuba. It's currently Friday at almost 3 am, and I'm used to staying up until about 5 to study every night. Group 2 I HAVE THE CHILLS omg where do I even begin!?! First off Golden Girls is my & mom’s show so that was a no brainer. I got laid off from my job of 8 years, but in a funny way. My boss was basically like you don’t belong here you need to go find/do what makes you happy. I have a hobby that EVERYONE has always told me to pursue as a career/business but am terrified because what if I fail??? I have been a wreck because yes I put so much pressure on myself to seem perfect, and like I have it together especially, to my parents. The few people I have told I can just feel the love and support that it’s overwhelming. I have one last meeting with my boss next week and I’m definitely going to ask him for advice as far as starting a business. cannot thank you enough for this reading. The timing is almost scary. I have been a rollercoaster of emotions and right now I just feel peqce. I KNOW things are going to work out for me.
