This always sounds to me as if it is a set dance tune, rather than a Hornpipe which is how it is often referred. Anyway, it's a rather pretty tune that lends itself to all sorts of arrangements. Hence the reason why I decided to add some synth accompaniment.
Absolutely gorgeous, joyful, wonderful! I adore this and wish I could play it on my violin! ❤🎵⭐️🍀💙☘️
Fabulous long version of this. Having just begun dancing again due to this unmentionable phenomenon this is a great workout for me and an absolute pleasure to listen to. Thank you!
Preciosa versión. ¡qué bien suena ese violín!
Too good
Maginific
Fantastic! and I love the pictures , they suit the music just right.
It is one of the tunes that can be used for a 'Modern' Hornpipe Set dance in WIDA (World Irish Dance Association) Irish Dance competitions. These are set dances that are choreographed by a teacher or dancer themselves to go alongside the Traditional Sets such as St Patrick's Day or The Blackbird - if that helps?
Bravo!
¡Gracias!
Many thanks and best wishes to you.
Thanks for that, been meaning to learn for a while, cheers.
Hey, that's great to hear.
Wonderful!! Have you posted the notation? Incidentally I am copying notation from your videos but do you have a site with all your notation?
Not bad bud
