Jerry leads the friendly NPCs on strike. Most everyone joins and disappears from the Breakroom and/or their posts...but fear not. The shop remains operable during this time and loyal Jacob/Orvie do not abandon Death. The event is...self-resolving? Jello.

Funnily enough, he may be the laziest of characters, but he does care about his partners.
Gotta give it to Jerry. He cares about the well being of his co-workers. Though it's probably a good thing that the only employees of Death Inc. that were not part of the strike (well, technically) were Mr. O'Shah, the Sorrows, and the Thanagers. I imagine that if the Sorrows went on strike, their demands would be absurd if not outright comical:
Hall of Eternity: more powdered aggregate for Brad's koffee, and the removal of the lower manager from Will Hung's noose (so that people can stop confusing the manager for him). Leon would probably want to expand the detergents and cleaning materials Death Inc. already has on hand.
Modern Warfare: Expanded armory (the current one is way too small, even after Major Plishkan downsized the weapons stockpile), and more snack machines for Ms. Flagge.
Disease: Upgraded computers. Keeping track of every pathogen and epidemic is hard enough without the current system crashing every time someone sends an email.
Toxic Food Processing: More refrigerators and extra storage space. Ms. Flagge from Modern Warfare has obliterated Waldo's inventory seven times in the last month and his staff can barely even keep up with her hunger as it is.
Those aren’t that bad, though I wonder what the other department heads want, possibly even the lower thanagers. I would appreciate it if you can get these requests (hopefully without dying) and deliver a spare copy to me if possible
You're saying that like the demands the other employees were making were not absurd or comical.
@@gotgunpowder well, who wouldn't want a giant inflatable slide in their office, voice-activated koffee machines in all the rooms, and a massage therapist who is, and I quote, "single, if possible." I'm assuming that first demand was probably from Pump Quinn
@@arapp3308 sorry this took so long. Going through each department's demands was getting a bit wild, and I had to bring some of their demands down to more reasonable levels, as even Death wouldn't actively approve them:
- Addictions: Maxxx_ has asked for the installation of TVs in each break room for employees to sit down and enjoy some downtime with their favorite shows, as well as an accessible remote and backup remote should the first one be lost. Candice wants a sizeable workshop for her and other like-minded employees to put together plans and ideas for future company functions, like holiday parties. Heisenberg has also requested that said workshop be placed far enough from his lab so that his equipment does not shatter from the amount of decibels and vibrations caused by the party planners.
- Time: Father Time and his Thanagers are requesting the break times be extended, especially as things are starting to slow down to normal levels again. The Thanagers have also asked for a book of jokes to be given to Father Time so they don't have to listen to his terrible puns and riddles.
Ah, nuts. There's another koffee stain on this list. I'll be back with the rest

Ever since the early access, I'm alway thinking Jerry was supposed to be an afterlife existed being similar to Death and O'Sah thanks to his appearance, but Jerry's extended bio at the game's official release confirmed that he's actually a human. That's some odd twist i ever seen, yet alone from a game with consist of character's bio review.
