@xrosephine Lower shadows qualitty and antialising; shadows make little difference visually but impact a lot the hardware. Also blur, bloom and other pointless stuff like volumetric fog, enviromental detail etc aren't needed at all, at least until you have the hardware for them, but its not like a whole world of difference y'know.
Keep in mind that you can increase your stamina by turning in the oculus you collect around the world. Also, the beginner banner with Noelle on it is actually amazing! You can only do two 10-pulls on it using 8 standard wishes. The first 10-pull will always give you Noelle, but the second 10-pull guarantees you an amazing 4 star character. I got Xingqiu on mine and he's one of the best in the game. So useful for early game! This banner and the Keqing banner use standard wishes while the Neuvillette/Zhongli banners use intertwined wishes, so you don't need to worry that wishing on the Noelle banner will interfere with getting Neuvillette. They're separate.
Artifacts doesn’t really matter before before AR 45… just put random ones keeping main stat in mind… all characters scale on different stats.. some on atk, some on hp, some on EM… most r atk scaling so u can just go with that for now…. Main stat of flower & feather remain same… for sands most can work on atk or ER… for goblet also go for atk… for circlet for now stick with atk.. later switch to CR… Do not use resins on artifacts farming before AR45
ADVENTURING TIPS Use tall characters to sprint faster. When using an Anemo Character, make sure to imbue the enemy with an element such as (Electro, Pyro, Cryo, Hydro) in order for Anemo to make a swirl and hit a lot more damage, holding Lumine's Elemental Skill would result to swirling with a higher and longer damage to enemies.
PULLING TIPS Pulling for Characters, you must prioritize Supports (Those who buffs and heals, such as Bennett/Noelle). And choose a single 5 star DPS (Damage Per Second), cause eventually, you'll only have 1 DPS and 3 Supports in a Party.
As a Noelle main, i'm gonna be bias She's so good, because she can attack, shield, and heal. just put everything to DEF for artifact for now, and she will carry you to the end
7:49 no, there is no such a thing you switch your character when you think you need to switch your character, mostly for combo or elemental reaction something like: you hit enemies with Barbara; making them wet, then you switch to Kaeya and use his skill; dealing cryo damage and since they are wet it will also make them frozen (hydro + cryo) 14:17 tips: you can use elemental sight to help you locate the seelie (the floating spirit thingy) of the seelie court (the small monument where that creature goes) 23:12 fyi: all flower of life (flower) and plume of death (feather) artifacts has fixed main affix, HP & ATK, so the recommendation for those will be always nr HP 100% and ATK 100%
@xrosephine for mouse+keyboard control it should be hold middle click, or hold alt to activate cursor then click "eye" icon on the right side of mini map i forgot whether you need to unlock this first or you can just use it right of the bat try it! you can see some other stuff too, which may be useful for solving puzzle
LEVELING UP TIPS When mastered battle engagement to enemies, you must spend your 200 Resin to Leylines (The one that are like ball of fogs, get near it and start the battle). Every time you complete the battle, it rewards you Gold Mora (Coins) or Exp. Cards (helps you level up your Characters) do this until you're AR 30
Glad to see how well you're progressing! Later on, you can view the little flower on a character's artifact screen to see what sets suit them best. You can use claymores especially for breaking rocks and similar ore materials easily. Looking forward to enjoying the journey along in the next video!! 😄
sets are very important. give your character artifacts and below you have the fast equip symbol, when you press it it will show you the best set for the given character. I've been playing it for some time now and I'm adventure rank 60. my team is Raiden Nahida Arlecchino and Qiqi. characters with a wooden shield you can set fire to their shield, which will burn and they are without it
Hello dear! To answer your questions: 1) later on you will get a house so wood, iron and so on can be used to build furniture and personalise the house. 2) stamina level can be increased by increasing Statues of The Seven level, so collect and donate Oculi to the Statues. 3) there is no intro/outro skill, this game combat is all about Elemental Reactions, so use elemental skills/bursts then switch characters and continue rotating until the enemy is dead. Elemental reactions are explained in the Tutorials. Elemental reactions efficiency is based on Element Mastery of your characters, so the more elemental mastery the more elemental damage when doing reactions. 4) I suggest reading characters' Talents in characters' menu so to know how they work which role they have in the team (DPS/sub DPS/buffer/shielder/healer/tank and so on) and which statistics they need, based on their needed stats you can decide which weapons and artifacts to give to your characters. For example: Noelle needs defense, Kaeya atk and crit, and so on. Also elemental mastery and energy recharge is always useful for any character, but some characters need it more than others, based on their Talents. 5) Artifacts sets bonus does matter, but it's more important to give your characters the right stats, sets bonuses are just bonuses. So focus first on stats then on sets. 6) when levelling up artifacts more sub stats will appear and they are random, so just try level them up and if you don't need those stats don't level them up more and just try some other artifact. Lastly I recommend using pins on map, to mark chests/puzzles, and so on, locations, because the map is huge and pins in the map will make it easier to find things. Enjoy dear, keep it up!
@xrosephine The house is unlocked after finishing Liyue Archon quest, via another quest. Adding on to what the other poster said, a good way to figure out how to build a character is to check their ascension stat (every character has a stat that gets a bonus at certain ascension breakpoints, beginning at level 40/second ascension. The early game characters that you get for free have, for instance... Traveler: ATK (Traveler's ascension stat changes based on element; this is for anemo) Amber: ATK Kaeya: Energy Recharge Lisa: Elemental Mastery Noelle: DEF Xiangling: Elemental Mastery Collei: ATK Barbara: HP Although there are multiple ways to build characters (DPS Barbara is fun, for example) the ascension stats serve as a good guide towards how to build characters in general.
Well, you get artifacts by open chests, killing mobs (some drops them) doing quests and in domains. The ones that are usefull later are the ones that you get in domains, but since doing exploration gets you enough artifacts to suply yourself early in the game, it's better to focus on the main stat of the artifacts and let them be until you got ar 45 to 50, what gives you more in this intances of the game is lvl up your characters, weapons and talents. But if you're curious about what main stats the 5 types of atifact can give and what you can do to get them, is RNG based, so every time you get an artifact the mainstat is random. What is not random is what are those mainstats...anyways, to keep it simple the flower and feather have unique mainstats, the clock could give you def, atk,hp, energy regen and elemental mastery, the crown the same + crit rate and crit damage and the goblet instead of crit and energy stats they can give you elemental dmg bonuses as main stat + all the ones i mention earlier. Anyways, hope you have fun and don't burn out yourself, it could easily happend
you dont have much characters and still in the early game so it doesnt matter how you build them now. save your resin, your primo and pick up everything you can find. i enjoy watching people discover the wonderful game. to learn about other reactions, theres a domain that explains them. i havent finished watching the video so i dont know if you discover that later.
you can get a free 4-star artifact (bloodstained chivalry iirc) when you talk to a nun npc inside the mondstadt church (i think it's sister veronica) and once you reach liyue and start the 9-pillar quest
also would like to add that once you reach liyue and talk to a fish vendor npc, DO NOT sell or use the black iron sword to level your weapons as it's only 1 of 2 in game (learned this the hard way T.T) even though it's only a 3-star sword. he'll give it to you and it cannot be bought elsewhere
Noelle will heal for you if you get her constellation up. Use her burst and then her skill. As she spins she heals your party. Find all the anemoculis and your stamina goes up.

@xrosephine On keyboard and mouse setup, I think you have to press Alt so that your mouse cursor becomes free on screen and then click on a eye like icon near the mini map. I think it also works while holding scroll button.
i love your style of play. I put exploration before all else. Just strolling around the world to and taking in the sights and the surprise details is what i get most out of the game. ps: lots of people who don't play Genshin like to complain about Genshin. My theory is, those people don't like Genshin's (a Chinese game) success and like to poison the atmosphere to dissuade people from playing it.
Thank you! I think my favourite thing about the game so far other than the map is the story.. I can’t wait i really hope it gets better the more I progress
Only bursts are shown when they're ready. For skills you just have to guess, though once you get familiar with a party, it becomes quite easy to manage.
The sets DO matter, but early game sets don't really matter, for your characters you mainly want attack and attack% early game, however, for characters like noelle you wants DEF and DEF% for her to deal more damage, and for characters like Hu tao and neuvillette you want HP and HP% for them to deal more damage
Rose, for the stage you're playing in, main stat should be your main focus.you cant get the "advanced" artifact sets reliably yet, so The stats in your artifacts (specially the main stat, since its the stat that will be a bigger upgrade than the rest) should be prioritized. FOR THE FUTURE when you've learned more about the game and its systems, and can get the domain exclusive artifact sets consistently, some artifact sets give special effects that are actually more important than the stats themselves, these are usually supportive sets that boost your damage in an indirect way (like lowering resistances with Viridescent Venerer set in Mondstatd or Deepwood Memories set in Sumeru), still, learning the elemental reaction mechanics is very important and its actually the focus of the game! so learn any combination you can like you learned superconduct with Kaeya and Lisa.
Intro skills hahaha Every other game has that, except Genshin You can literally not change charecters if they're: Attacking Jumping Gliding Climbing Swiming If somehow they're still mid animation You can only change when you're walking or running on land and after doing your attacks or Elemental Bursts You're also the first new Genshin player i've seen learning elemental reactions so fast! i'm glad you're starting to enjoy to enjoy the game. i watched your first genshin video when you posted it & i wasn't sure if you'd keep playing. the initial kaeya slander did hurt my soul a bit. 😂 jokes aside, i prefer the sword characters too. i had the traveler + kaeya in my team well past AR50 & still play as them quite often.
the sets DO matter but since youre at the beginning it doesnt right now, imo you shouldnt worry about artifacts until you can get purple rarity ones/have all the artifact domains available to you
Early on dor artifacts the sets bonus do help but its not a game breaker. 2 piece sets are probably more important than trying to make a 4 piece set. The only set to really keep an eye on for 4* artifacts is thr instructor set. Theres no 5* equivalent but its a great set on some teams. Elemental Mastery (EM) is important for reactions.
For artifacts, at your stage in the game the sets arent really important since the characters arent built enough for the set bonus to be useful so focus on the main stats. Flower and Feather are always HP and Attack but the other 3, Sands is usually Attack, Golbet you would want Elemental Damage (Eg Pyro character getting Pyro damage bonus) and Circlet you typically want Crit Damage/Crit Rate. But again, this early you dont need to worry about artifacts at all, everything is beatable without them but they do help, for now just try get as much attack as possible on your main dps with the artifacts you do get
10:46 so, when you are low ar the artifact set doesn't really matter, if you can get 4 or 2 pieces of the same set with a character that can take advantage of, use it, but its not very important at the very soon gameplay, so just focus on the main stat of the artifacts until you are like ar 20+, then you can star focusing on choosing the correct artifact set by just farming with the daily resin, every set has the 2 pieces bonus and the 4 piecies bonus, so, there are multiple artifacts sets that can give you bonus stats by just having 2 piecies of the same set, but at low ar it doesnt really matter because the game doesn't let you farm the good artifacts sets and the chests drops you some artifacts for free but just the basics ones, i hope u can understand a bit more cause english is not my first language but ill be happy to help you as an ar60 so im gonna subscribe and watch the progress of your gameplay! :)
Please read this!! For the love of god do not pull on the banners with blue wishes. Primogems are hard to come by so use them on the pink wishes more, you will get free blue wishes that u can use and anyways if you lose your 50/50 on the featured banner (pink wish) you can get the standard banner (Blue wish) characters in that way too. Just save up the wishes if you don't like the current featured banners characters. Also use elemental reactions as much as possible to gain an edge wherever possible.
Just tips for you! (Im Ar 22) #1:Artifacts don't really matter to me, but if you pick quick equip so you can get ones that help with dmg, strenght ect. #2:(Idk if this is across all platforms but) if you see the sprint button light up that can help you dodge during combat! #3: You should also explore/try to get to more regions because you can get primogems+adventure rank points to level up/get characters(only if you think you're at a high enough level!) #4: If your party has low health you can teleport to a statue of the seven to regenerate hp by talking to it, pressing statues blessing, and setting it to however much health you want back! #5: Don't waste all of the books you can use to level characters because you might get good character's that you might want to level up(idk if you know that, not being rude!) #6: You can do trials to get more primogems, ect! Or to just see what characters to do.🤷

Thank youu!! I appreciate these comments a lot
Instructor artifacts set is the one you should focus but dont level them up much just level 4 to 8 is fine till you get to AR 45
Don’t worry no standard wish wasting here
@xrosephine thank god lol!
Just tips for you! (Im Ar 22)
#1:Artifacts don't really matter to me, but if you pick quick equip so you can get ones that help with dmg, strenght ect.
#2:(Idk if this is across all platforms but) if you see the sprint button light up that can help you dodge during combat!
#3: You should also explore/try to get to more regions because you can get primogems+adventure rank points to level up/get characters(only if you think you're at a high enough level!)
#4: If your party has low health you can teleport to a statue of the seven to regenerate hp by talking to it, pressing statues blessing, and setting it to however much health you want back!
#5: Don't waste all of the books you can use to level characters because you might get good character's that you might want to level up(idk if you know that, not being rude!)
#6: You can do trials to get more primogems, ect! Or to just see what characters to do.🤷
Thank you! Ill make sure to keep these in mind 🌷
Now that's a cliffhanger 😂😂😂
goodluck on your pulls. 🐱
🐠🐠
@xrosephine oh, and beware of Whopperflowers. Those things that pop up from under the ground. They have a lot of health, and are hard for complete beginners to deal with.
about the primos - because we used to not get close to these rewards before natlan :(
i skipped a beat here 9:31 im sorry but maybe an advice if u want to follow u can be efficient with ur exp books like here u let go 7.7k xp just saying u might need them somewhere..all in all great start and are u gonna play wuwa

Neuvillete's song at the start, nice.
Omg i’ve found the right audience.
Dwww we all are here to help in this game as an 3 years of experience and professional gambler 😂
This comment is amazing
@xrosephineand one another thing In terms of pulling for character don’t pull when you have 160 I mean control yourself pull for neuvillette if you have enough character because he’s one of the most powerful characters in this game
You HAVE to react to the genshin trailers- youll be addicted to game
I think im already addicted 🥹
watch a tutorial for beginner's guide to genshin so you can understand the game mechanics, when to switch characters, etc.
artifacts don't matter right now at the stage you are in.
These r reactions other than dendro reactions:
Pyro + cryo = melt
Pyro + Hydro = vaporise
Hydro + cryo = freeze
Pyro + electro = overload
Electro + cryo = superconduct
Anemo + pyro/cryo/hydro/electro = swirl
Geo + pyro/cryo/hydro/electro = crystallise
Easy
Yeah don't worry about it you'll remember them easier as you play the game, just enjoy the journey.
20:21 I used to say Cyro too until I realized it's Cryo 😂

@xrosephine Why is it starting to disappoint you?
@@Ronin.Horizon I just haven't been able to resonate with the story very well. Also I feel like they're starting to appeal to a certain audience type which is concerning.. idk ill see how I feel about it in January
you have a nice name ^^
Thank you!
Oh no...
You almost made the grave mistake of wasting primos on standard banner
NEVER!! Im so happy this isn’t my first gacha 😭
If you hate exploring in Genshin maybe try Wuthering Waves.
I play WuWa too! You can check out my channel for some WuWa content
@ no wonder you kept saying how much you hated exploring in Genshin XD. I felt the same way after playing WuWa.
