I think many women confuse the required character traits for dating and having fun are very different from the character required to start a family and sustain a long term relationship.
That might be true, however any woman that would reject a man because he's honest, is the wrong woman and not worth your time to begin with. Being honest is a filter, it filters out unworthy harlots. A woman who is seeking "excitement" or "mystery" is a woman who isn't interested in a stable home life and will just bring you misery in the end. A good woman is there to be supportive and work as a team to get through this thing we call life together.

Most women, when younger, pine for adventure and want to "shop around" and then, when they get into their 30s, all of the sudden it hits them... "I better find a husband" but by then, it's too late. She has a body count of a dozen, two dozen, or sometimes more and no good guy wants a girl like that. Society has done an excellent job of pampering girls and giving them everything they want, so they self-indulge when they're in their early adulthood and when it gets time to get serious about trying to make a family... they have absolutely zero skills or mindset to actually do that. They have no empathy... how could they? They had everything they wanted, handed to them, guys drooling and champing at the bit to jump in bed, they never had to actually try to win a man's heart.

What is the problem is that guy only makes 10,000 yuan, and that she is basically demanding him for 3/4 of a month's salary for something that has no value to him. If he made 800,000 yuan a month, then 8,000 yuan purse might be a bit more acceptable. That said, she's just a greedy gold digger, and not serious about the relationship. If she thought he might be her husband in the future, she would think why spend that much money on a pursue vs investing it or save it to buy a house for their future together. That said, I think she's 32yo based on her bday in 1992... so she's left over and used up, and will likely have to find a 55 or 60yo man to take her in.
