Really nice work and a beautiful end product. Just a few critiques that might help you, save money & let you have more material for more projects: ⅔ of the premium portion of the ostrich leg scales are hidden below the pockets. On both ends of the wallet where the card pockets are located, before assembly, cut off the ostrich leg scales portion about 20 mm below the top edge of where the pocket will be. Then skive down the edge of leg scale portion that is under the pocket so there is no step-down, & glue to the backing. Now you have enough leg scale portion for 2 extra inlays or at least 1 full outside wrap on another similar wallet. Make the wallet just slightly wider to avoid the metal of the bill/money spring bar from poking out of the side and be hidden. Include a loop *inside* the wallet so you do not sew through both complete sides of the wallet to accommodate a bill/money bar. When you sew through all layers where there will be flexing (regular opening & closing), you perforate & weaken the item and it will weaken & fail sooner over time. Again, overall, very nice looking work.
Oh my goodness, Thank you so much for sharing this creation , I'm blown away by this exotic gorgeous treasure. I WAS Looking for ideas to repair my son's wallet and I found your channel and just wanted to tell you how extraordinary you are. Lots of love my beautiful friend. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
My man, you're really doing the most on this project! I'm a beginner, I've done a wallet before, but all that stitching on this money clip was just crazy to see. Respect, not sure I have the same patience for all that stitching and burnishing. Sure does look great though!
I've never looked at anything like this before. I was scrolling and watched the entire video. I felt compelled to say really great job. Your work is impressive. And your video/presentation style. I also really like that you included a clock in the background during your time lapses. I've never seen anyone do this in their process while showing a how to... It's simple, but provides context to the viewer. And your product looks really nice. Great work! 🏆
I have an ostrich leg I a purple/red/brown color like yours. I might just have to make one! THANK You for the dimensions they are going to help a lot. God Bless.
Nice work, love how you've used the leather. The real term used for that skin is actually ostrich shin. It's also less expensive than the actual ostrich leather you would get from the body itself. :)
Thank you. The leatherwork is the easy part for me, it’s the UA-cam video creation process is the hard part. Turns a two day project into a two week project 🥵
Other than appearance, the antique has some waxes and other substances within it that really help give the leather a nice feel. I always like to use it even if you can’t see it.
What do you do with the wallet when it's done keep it give it to a friend ?? I hope the skin don't get wasted that would be a shame !! Cool wallet tho dose look nice !!
There are oils and waxes inside the antique that help give the leather a nice feel in the hand. For this reason I like to use it whenever possible, even if it does not really contribute to the look of a project.
The needles I use come from a multi pack of different sizes and shapes of needles from eBay. I honestly don’t remember the store name that I got them from.
I would love to work with leather but it’s out of my reach, financially and talent wise. I have started to work with cork fabrics, and have made bags, small items and my own wallet, but nothing compared to this!
What is the Gospel?

Good to know there are good people on UA-cam.
Gift it to me 😍
Commendable job
A fitting name for your business. I thought it had a message- it does. God bless you & your business (YT channel & leather craft sales).
I’m happy you included a cash section in your wallet, if they abolish cash, we’ll be trapped in a digital prison.👍
The color combination and craftsmanship are phenomenal. Thanks for sharing and for your time!
I appreciate you taking the time to watch 😁

I find your videos excellent and very well filmed and love you sharing your skills. I don't understand why I'm so happy, maybe it was the color combo.
Thank you very much! The color of that ostrich skin I picked up was beautiful that’s for sure.

Than you.
Where do you get your inspiration. You creat the most beautiful and rarest leather work I have ever seen. Excellent!
Thank you very much! I usually just get inspired by some particular hardware or maybe some type of leather. Or in this case both.

Hello
Beautiful. May I ask why you apply paste antique to plain black dyed leather?
Thanks. Antique has some products in it like waxes that can enhance the feel of the leather in my opinion.
Nice!
Thank you very much!

Thank you. I have no idea off the top of my head the brand. It is a cheap airbrush from harbor freight.

Hello

Thank you! 😃
Why do you use antique over smooth dyed leather? Antique is typically used to highlight tooled leather. What is the benefit?
There are oils and waxes inside the antique that help give the leather a nice feel in the hand. For this reason I like to use it whenever possible, even if it does not really contribute to the look of a project.
Hello
❤❤❤
Hi u have done a great job .
It looks awesome where can I get one , can u send me one thanks ?
Sorry I am currently not selling. I appreciate your interest.
Could you please tell us what stitching needles you used & where to get them?
God bless
The needles I use come from a multi pack of different sizes and shapes of needles from eBay. I honestly don’t remember the store name that I got them from.
Добрый день. Вы просто волшебники...
Подскажите пож, где заказать такой инструмент как у вас и названия плиз.

Muito bom vídeo aula Obrigado pelas aulas
🙏👍👍👍
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
why do you use antique on a not tooled piece? I thought that was mainly to bring out more definition of tooled or carved leather.
It does do that, but it also has some waxes in the product which helps with feel of the leather.
@@KingdomGloryLeather did not know that thanks!
a better color combo would have been rich amber… or brown thread… the contrast of black and red makes it look like a pimp wallet….nice
Do you not be exit the thread or damage the sewing When you make manual sewing that way And just finish it by cutting the thread And put the fire it ?
No not really.
@@KingdomGloryLeather How ? .. Can we communicate elsewhere
