Froyle, you have changed my life! I found you on UA-cam several months ago and I live in anticipation of each of your new videos. You are so uplifting and encouraging and you make me so happy each time I see you! I have been spending hours and hours a day in my studio because of you and I’ve started making art just for me. I love the story of your journey through life. Thank you so much for sharing your joy with me!
Dot from UK This collage just got better and better as you added more and more to it. I love to watch how you work and develop a piece of art be it a painting, collage or working in one of your journal pages. Your videos are such a joy to watch thank you for sharing. Lots of love from the UK, Dot x
Thank you Froyle for this video. Had been unable to watch til today due to a death in the family. So lovely to come back to your cheerful voice and your inspiring collage. Itching to have a go now.😀
You've always got it going on, Froyle!! That composition is absolutely magnificent!! Color palette is gorgeous! ❤️ it!! Thank you for sharing and the inspiration!
Froyle your Art and outlook has changed me for the better! I found you about 3 weeks ago and I've been binge watching you ever since. I'm into making collage now because I tried other media but couldn't find something that I liked. Now I love collage! I anticipate every single video you make, and I want to thank you so much, as now I want to sell my art and be successful!! Take care! And thank you for the beautiful comment you left me about life being a gift, every day and to go for it in life. You're a joy!
You are ABSOLUTELY incredible. I will be teaching a collage class in April. I will highly recommend that the class check out your videos! You Rock. GOOD LUCK with your move. MOVE is a 4-letter word. Goold Luck and God Bless! xoxoxo debby
Froyle, this is bloody amazing! I absolutely love it! So strong and dynamic. It just makes me feel so happy - as do YOU! Love your infectious spirit! Love and Bless xo
Very interesting! Yes, we should definitely use the stuff behind the door! I thoroughly enjoyed watching you create this, listening to you talk through your process. By and large I agreed with pretty much every choice until the very last when you were putting down the gossamer paper. Could you hear me yelling at my iPad “No! No! It needs to be on the LEFT side!” I mean it still works, but that strong line in the original download was bugging me and you obscured the fabulous tile “arrow”. But ultimately it’s your piece and it is quite good. I agree, rhythm is so important. And how interesting that the first piece you put down, which inspired all that rhythm and groove, is almost entirely invisible now. So thanks for the great video.
Loved watching this piece develop! I like the torn edges vs. the hard edges. I also really LOVE your confidence and 'give it a try' attitude. Uncertainty and hesitation is my biggest problem!
I love you so much because I question, sometimes, what you are putting together but, you continue to add more and more! In the end I just love it, all your choices come together like you had a plan 😂 ! I think making such a huge collage changes the perspective and sets you free a little more, bigger impact with large pieces, very inspiring! I love it!💕🇨🇦
Hi Froyle glad you added more numbers it really balanced the whole page. Many thx for sharing your art. Looking fwd to the next video. Have a great week
Great tutorial and I love your papers. All your different choices work so well together. I've said it before but I love coming to your channel because you make me smile even during this difficult time and I always learn something. Whether it's art or life. Thanks you.
I love your end result, it's gorgeous. I would've found it hard to cover up the first paper you put down and the triangle floor, but you're braver than me! I love the added numbers and the gold. Mx
I’m very new to collage so this might sound dumb but I don’t get how you began with a piece that you loved and then ended up covering it up entirely 😂 that’s what throws me when I’m doing mine… I really never add many layers because I like the bits I’ve already put down 😂 mmmm. Maybe I need to force myself to just keep adding stuff. Loved what you ended up with by the way and very much appreciate your sharing your knowledge.❤
What I like is that we can still see the influence of all the papers underneath, even if we don't see those layers directly in the end. The individual papers on the first layer were all lovely. But the piece would have looked disjointed if it were left at that. That's the magic of these videos, watching harmony emerge from disjointedness and wondering what is going to keep shining through from layer to layer.
I do love my papers but I don’t get to previous about them when I’m creating otherwise you stifle your creativity. It’s all about the process & the journey! 😘 cheers Froyle
Hi Froyle. I've been following you since your first utube videos. I love all your art and have learned a great deal from you. I have made gel prints galore because it's so much fun! Now that I'm challenging myself with collage and art journaling I could use a little advice. How do you organize and file all these papers so that you can locate and choose prints in an efficient manner. Any sage advice for a novice? Thanks
Oh that is fabulous, a true fan!!!! 😍I organize my papers according to colours - warm, cool & neutral. I have boxes for the bigger pages & bags for the smaller pieces. Oh and also a drawer for each colour group as well! 👍🏼 I find it easy to locate the colours I want this way! 😍 cheers Froyle
@@FroyleArt Thanks so much. I think your your subscribers would love a video showing your organization process. I know you probably have a lot of papers waiting for their time to shine. Just saying....
Hi Froyle! Loving the small numbers, is it a stencil? ( white numbers on black paper.) I'm in NZ and can't find anything like it. Can you remember where you purchased it from?
Hello fellow kiwi! 😘 I’m not sure which numbers you are talking about? But it will definitely be a stencil! Have you seen my new number stamps? You can find them at pmartiststudio.com but yes shipping is expensive! You can try warehouse stationary for stencils, I get a lot of paint supplies from there👍🏼 Happy creating! Cheers!
@@FroyleArt Yes I ordered the new number stamps last week and a few of the stencils WHOOPS. The little white numbers on black paper you have used in this video.
Could you please tell me the name of the decorative paper that you use, one is small white circles that you often tear up and the other is larger white circles that you use in the same way and the piece of black that you used in this video. Thanks so much, I kinda think the had a name with a bee in it
The small one is called ‘Bee Hive’ paper is from Thailand but I get it from the Takapuna Art Supplies! 👍🏼 The larger one is ‘ Handmade Roses’ from kamipaper.com.au 😘 cheers Froyle

Might have missed it- but once your collage is dry do you coat the whole piece with something?
Sometimes I do & sometimes I don't. It depends on each individual art piece. If I varnish the collage, I usually use a satin brush on varnish, cheers!
@@FroyleArt thanks . I gotta use all my Gelli papers !!

Standard copy paper laser prints onto Japanese calligraphy paper 👍🏼😘 cheers Froyle
