I feel that we as a people, we lost so much because even the land has to be given blood as sacrifice for us to make sure that we own the land, to connect to the land and everything on it. I believe in my sister idea of blood sacrifice and connection to the land. Thank you guys for opening our mind by bringing us what is important to us...

I love what this Sistar is saying about growing our food, seeds, eating & the seasons.
I used to give farm tours to abantwana & it’s amazing to see their faces when they discover food grows in the earth & not in the grocery stores😂

    Greetings...
This is by far one of my favorite episode ever for it truly connected with something so close to my existence for when my Elders say we clean spirit we don't mean we undermining others but innerstanding that we differ in the spiritual aspects of healing and knowing yourself makes it more potent to digest pure knowledge and thats what Queens represent ❤

I just questioned if my urge to eat just before my period and after is my body telling me there should be specific food I should be consuming. Because we say its cravings and this and that...but could it be our body speaking and us just being deaf to it??? I also become so emotional, like at that time you feel so much more of the world emotions...Siyabonga because from listening,we question and learn so much 👏🏾

Really loved this episode! As a farmer and chef for almost 40 years this one really touched my heart. As does most of the material on your channel. These conversations are not only relevant in Africa. These conversations are happening worldwide. The Creator has called our greatest warriors into action. Wise-mind, knowledge and innerstanding/overstanding are our implements. Courage confidence compassion, patience peace and POWER!!! Blessed love.
Very grateful for your programming, even way out here in California Divided States

Authenticity, hundreds and hundreds of people are remembering who they are this is powerful! Abbah i am young and confused. Please add my comment to your next segments off the community reach😢

Thokozani boGogo, thokozani boMkhulu. We give thanks for such an insightful session. May I please ask how to get in touch with uMama? My name is Akhona Mdawe, I'm currently developing an co-friendly sanitary towel made with banana fibre and I would really love to have a sit down with uMama about her work, knowledge and wisdom, especially the aspect of menstrual health. As a male, I'm not always taken seriously when talking about "all things menstrual", lol. I am a father of an 11 year old Goddess and want to ensure that my baby fully understands how sacred "the cycle" is. Nam ndithunyiwe ngoKhokho and would really love to collaborate noMama. Camagu

I’m African American and would like to learn, i see there is a lot of wisdom in it and I feel like I have to learn to understand the Bantu lividity and philosophy (for lack of better words). Which language would be best to focus in on as I expand to understand all of them? Thanks in advance!

ulwazi osulaziyo kodwa masiliwa manje ngathi siyaqala ukulizwa, we're influenced from physical to spiritual by ukudla esikudlayo, sidla ukudla okuphilayo ukuze nathi sibe nemizimba exhumene kahle with out spiritual existance because toxic food disrupts the connection so much so that we become even un aligned with our purpose, because our bodies become weak outside forces become new drivers of our bodies and destinies
muhle kakhulu umsebenzi owenziwa ile channel yomsakazo syathokoza kakhulu kumoya ophilisayo osuxhumanisa nolwazi olujulile futhi olunamandla ngaloluhlobo, bengizicelela nje ukuthi umphathi wohlelo lethu ashintshe indlela axhumana ngayo nama guests reason why is we miss alot of gems when our host
continuosly disturbs the guests and listens less...please listen more and allow the guests to tell their stories explain their findings without being disturbed

Im an artist and im so down for the experience yall want to curate. Listen i have so many questions for ausi Noni, i want to know gore these women that were chosen to essentially "water" the garden with with their blood, who chose them? Are they chosen from birth? And well thats in the context of a community garden. In the context of your own private family garden, who would have to chose this "Christ" of the family? But also, thank you so much for inviting this beautiful carrier of light, thank you for this platform of enlightenment....this show and all the people involved in making it a success, yall are superstars, yall are true gems. May the Most High bless you abundantly so you can keep blessing us❤

Those that were chosen were born with the gift, but naturally every woman is gifted with the power to heal and cleanse by virtue of you having a womb. Women leaders were born and later taught or reminded of their role of being the mother of a nation or a tribe or a village, so that when the time comes she will know what to do with her blood during her moon time. So every new moon or full moon if the was a need for a ritual to be done. Her people would come to her for help and she would dedicate special healing time for herself and her people. We definitely need more of these conversations because we have birthed the first kings and queens, the first people to walk the earth have come back through us so we carry their wisdom and knowledge they carried. Grateful to have shared such a powerful platform with uMkhulu
