@@bigwave7207 I'm sure that is true in the yogic tradition. However, the early Tantric buddhists created tantric rituals for people who even committed murder and practiced cannibalism. Pre buddhist Tibet was deeply steeped in magic as a means for surviving the harsh conditions. The buddhists taught dharma and tantras as a way of spiritualizing their fearful superstitions. Also left hand mala for eating beef 6 months per year. I was badly injured and require regular beef organs to maintain my health. Pains in vital organs and unable to take a deep breath at this point. I can say from experience left hand path works. I have kicked addictions by integrating them into practice and left hand path works really well with meat eating and mental unsteadiness in general.

Incorrect. It involves intense energy and so requires extreme discipline, so dedicated it makes an Olympic medalist look unfocused. For real.
