Hi Joris, I love your video's. I own a BMPCC6K pro and an URSA G2 and BRAW files are the best! At around 8'15 you use a CST from Gen 4/5 to Rec 709... you shouldn't do that, every node that comes after this node works in the restricted rec.709 space. Instead use CST from Gen 4/5 to Davinci Wide Gamut, make all your adjustments in this very wide color space, at the end, use another CST from Davinci Wide Gamut to rec.709 or Cineon.

You're absolutely right Joris! I've been working with BRAW files too, the last couple of months (Q3 and Q0), i really like to color grade and edit them! Only downside ofc is how much space they occupy in my hard drives but still i prefer them over mov files.🤙🤙

Sir, I am buying the speed editor board and the studio version will be there with it,,, I have a question,, does the studio version is life time update free? or I have to pay after one year or after some major updates? i am confused,, pls reply,,,
Hey Joris, dank voor je video! ik schiet soms raw met mijn (a7siii en) atomos ninja v. Graag wil ik dat graden in resolve…Ik vroeg me af of je daar een workflow voor hebt aangezien resolve die raw files niet accepteert. Nogmaals bedankt voor je super leerzame videos!
Je kan ProRes Raw converteren naar Cinema DNG dat wel ondersteund wordt maar daar heb je dan een Raw converter voor nodig. Een app downloaden dus. Er is er eentje die heet gewoon "Raw Converter" maar er zullen er nog wel zijn.

How did you get Gamma Controls as sliders in the Camera Raw settings?
I filmed a bunch of videos in c-log, but when I import the footage to resolve the video is just… gone. And only the audio is there

The built-in Film Look luts need Cineon as input or they won't work properly.
