Im a little disappointed you didn’t make this a series. But I love the fact that you are honest now and say what you want, and do what you want ! i still love and appreciate RCSparks!!
I REALLY DON'T BLAME YOU FOR GOING AHEAD AND BUILDING THIS AMAZING KIT. I LOVE IT SO LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING WHAT YOU DO TO THE BODY AND THE FINAL TRUCK SIR.🇬🇧🇺🇲🕊️👍🏻✌🏻
I love all 3 of my castle set ups been running one of them over 3yrs now & I only had to replace 1 of the bearing in the motor where there shaft comes out boca bearing sells a really nice ceramic bearing for the motor . Can't wait to see it out ripping up the creek smoke a fat one stay high
Very nice truck Aaron, that is 1 of the Top crawler builds, boy is that built good, love it, looks awesome, can’t wait to see it on the trails , just another great build from “The King of R/C”👌👌👌😎😎😎☀️☀️☀️❤️
I would run the Reefs RC servo winch. You can mount it back on the chassis about where you ran the lead too for it, & use automotive brake line to make a channel/tube for the winch line, From the winch to the center of the bumper at the fair lead mount. It keeps everything neat and tidy and the automotive brake line is easy to bend and work with. Can’t wait to see her all built and on the trails brother 😎😎
Your work is impeccable....love watching for all your knowledge you share with us...can't wait to see it running the trails, thanks for sharing all your knowledge 👍👍
the last video i watched of sparks opening the kit , i was saying to my self , how much you want to bet , rc sparks next video this kit will be put togather , and everything working . dam ive been watching rc sparks since the birth of pinky.
If I had this in my garage and not build it, I wouldn't wait either!!!! patience is a virtue, but does not apply to the RC world!!!! Great vid MED!!!🤘🤘🤘
*You've done a very neat job!~ I'm looking forward to a great drive. I Want to tell you that your video are Wonderful and so amazing 👍 Awesome Cars 😍 : Your video is very creative.*
Your horn Need's a good screwing. I really was looking forward to a build series, since my chances of getting any new build projects for the rest of this year are very slim to non existent, but I understand the want to do an off camera build. That is a very tidy looking kit and a well sorted build.
Clean looking setup. That esc-mode/shifter pairing is a nice feature; always tip -toeing on a multi speed because I have to recall how I set up the car.
Awesome build I can’t wait to see what you do with the body. Till then go charge up some batteries and go out there and have some fun and break something because if you’re not breaking anything you’re not having any fun. Push it to the limit.
Quick question: What do you do with all the boxes and literature for your models and parts? Do you save some, permanently or temporarily, or toss them right away?? Do you have a filing system for your manuals to reference? How do you handle this? Thanks bro!!!
He has a giant cardboard like fort in the back yard made up of every single instruction manual, down to the little paper strip that makes up the top of the bag your rc body comes in.
What a GREAT Question.. and I almost feel guilty for my response.. I dont keep them, because the internet has them all! I have to store all the RC's.. I would need filing cabinets full of paper! hah :)
Awesome build all that wheel speed I would be tempted to gear it down a bit and get more control Down low. I love how the main steering link runs around the back of the diff giving a more scale look 🤔 I’m guessing you can get a scale motor to cover your castle motor and build an engine bay? Looking forward to seeing how far you take this build scale wise and how well it will perform 😎
I think your spot on with matching the body and motor colors, that'll be sexy... I'm REALLY loving the carbon fiber frame rails... I can't wait to see this in action... well worth the wait on the ram, that's gonna be a massive hit when it's all done!
super cool man. i am exited to see you finish this build. i have been really eyeing this one up... but its a cost thing for me right now. mat get the vs4-10 phoenix first. we will see hahaha. interested to see how the mamba micro x2 goes for you.
I've been wanting to start "dabbling" in the scale rc hobbies but, zero money for anything that isn't house, car or food related at the moment....THABKS "BRANDON" ! LoLzz
I did it before.. had too much pushback, and never did it again. Everyone has so many rules for me to do my own show by.. that I thought.. F*ck it.. I just want to enjoy my hobby and Ill update them. Here we are
@@TheRealRCSparks I couldn't agree with you more. Hate to see that happen, but, people are people. And some of them are total assholes. Maybe more than some.
hey Medic! Nice build that kit looked awesome I'm not a fan of the defender square body, but that pickup style looks really nice on there bro! I can't wait to see what you paint the body! when you were running the truck on the box it looked like on of those silver collars closest to the center was maybe loose or off alittle bit it was noticeable when you were revving it up?🤔 I love to see what's out there for builds!😉👍📹✔️💯👋👋👋
That's a sweet chassis! The amount of steering on it is amazing. The body is pretty awesome too. Instead of building it on camera you should just document the progress of the build with short clips you can edit into a video or two. Definitely take your time with the body, the end result will be worth it! What do you think about the carbon fiber rails?
I have a few rigs with the first micro crawler x esc and well over 10lbs and hooked up to a sled to pull on 3s no issues at all. Excited for the Gen 2 micro x
Hey I want to ask something, do you have any issues now with the micro x? I just bought x2 and people are saying they overheat and cannot handle heavy rig while my rig is d110 full scale accesories 😂😂 any advice for the micro x2?
@@bgrscale I run 2 rigs with the micro crawler x esc 3s lipo one is a fully loaded TF2 and the other is the vanquish vs410 ultra with hard body and a 3800kv Holmes puller pro no issues. I do use a BEC to power the servos and not use the esc power
I have my trx4 y hooked like that and it works amazing but I don't lose reverse when I shift into low I only lose drag break when I go into high gear and the low shift enables the drag break
hi, I have been following you for a couple of years now and just love your work with all the cars and machines .. something that would be fun to know is, what is a good beginner car
Nice wiring... For the Shift servo, are they M2 or M3 screws? I am designing a part for my Phoenix for this servo but the specs don't mention screw hole size.
Great build 👌 Although I don't get the hype and expense of a brushless motor. A decent 5 slot brushed motor seems to turn a lot smoother and better at low rpm. Brushless only seems a good option for wheel speed but being a crawler, that isn't really the aim 🤔 each to their own but I guess it's probably one of those of "you won't get it until you try yourself"!
Can't wait to see this one out on the trail!! I just tossed another motor in my TRX4. Finally smoked my first motor😂 My own fault. I ran thru a bunch of mud and didn't clean it up after, and it weighs about 12-15 lbs 🙄 Im running the factory brushed set-up, 21 turn on 3S. Obviously im not going for top speed, so do you think i should get a 12 turn?
No drag brake in high gear... That would be soooo sick
I want to do this in my rig but I don't know how to make it
Gup

I think the most satisfying thing is the wiring guides on the side!
I was hoping I’d get some Sunday Rc spark!! Thank you sir
That kit must of been so fun to build and then satisfying to see your work afterwards. Can't wait to see it on the trail, Medic!
saw this truck the day it was able to be brought out into public a few months ago locally at mini Moab in Arizona was an impressive truck.
This thing looks bad ass and the way it is set up is prime. This is going to be a fun truck to watch you fall in love with
You should totally do the body gun metal grey with a little rust on the bottom of the body. Would look cool as hell

Now you need the Limited edition BRXO one Dooley. Sweet rigs.
Paint it the same color as motor 👌 Holmes Hobby in all my trucks just respect to the Hobby 🙏
Wow that is sweet medic, going to look awesome with that body
Yes use the same colour/color as the motor. That will look sick. Nice rig overall. Very clean especially the motor cables
That chassis is nice, I like how the motor wiring is routed. Nice build.
such a beautiful rig
