Great content! Thanks! Do you have any videos for shallow IDP leagues? My dynasty league has 12 teams and we start 1DL, 1LB, and 1DB. I'm trying to figure out how much I should be investing in the IDP positions from both a roster count and a salary cap standpoint.
Thank you! So, my advice for that league type would be to wait until really late for your IDPs/spend little salary. Starting just one of each position leaves a massive pool of players to choose from so I'd spend pretty much all of your salary on your offensive players and you'll still be able to grab at least one viable weekly starter for LB, DL, DB for league minimum salary, just because there's so many. And that way if one or all of those 3 IDPs don't work out, you can go to the waiver wire and find another one pretty easily. Odds are someone will even drop a top-end option for a waiver wire claim after Week 1 if that IDP didn't perform amazingly so scooping up those types of guys works fine too to play the long game.
I currently have them as Speed, Simpson, Dodson. Speed and Simpson are closest…bit more of a gap to Dodson but still like him enough as a potential starter
