Hello guys! I am back!
After 2 years of absence of longplaying, I returned with another game: Ice Age! Based on the movie under the same name. It's an action platformer developed by Artificial Mind And Movement and published by Ubisoft in March 18, 2002.
Note:
In this longplay I decided to unlock all the levels including a bonus stage in order to view a proper ending.
This game is waaay too easy but it's also hard if you're not careful like in ice stages. I died many times in order to show how frustrating game it is, sometimes.
But no matter how many times I died, I beat the game!

Holy crap the memories are coming back now. I remember playing this 21 years ago. I've actually looked for the game for awhile and still haven't found a copy. This will have to do.
Finally!
This is one of my favourite games. I wanted to do a longplay of it, years ago, but found the atmosphere at WOL to noob-unfriendly to persevere. I've done speedruns of the game, made two tech videos, and figured out most of the password structure (I struggled with the checksum; let me know if you want me to continue!).
Edit: Oh, and I've done piano covers of some of the music! I also used the music in a Music assignment for school once, much longer ago, but that was too low-quality to upload.
I remember back then I had a video game magazine and they said this was one the worst game of the year, and I was like, come on, this isn't that bad, it's generic, yeah, but is not terrible, this game it's clearly intended for little kids with just easy difficult
And that the problem, i can understand why they want keep this game easy as possible coz they think kids will love it (and for quick buck), but even kids will get bored after few minute with this kind dumb down gameplay and boring music, this is the reason why many adaption Game always fail only few survive like TMNT beat"em up.
@@bhirawamaylana466 well, I played this as a kid and I thought it was fun, it never bored me.
@@Seiko180 Yeah, never played, but its gonna be fun for sure for 2 reasons; It has really amazing soundtracks, and i'm good at platformers. 😏
I played the sequel (which was a puzzle game) before this one and it was certainly a shock going from that to this.

The GBA was cheaper to develop for, so that’s likely why.
Despite looking this game too simple in platfroming design, its graphically well made, especially for many Mandy's animations. And the soundtrack is the best part of the game. It end up too short, but its enough to be enjoyalbe. 😊
Yes, especially level 7. Beautiful music. So happy and sad at the same time. Its magic. The design of it is paradise

You really cant play it or are just pretending? I hoped to see it without any damages and 100% nuts in all levels. This is my youth, was playing it so often as a child and could pass it much faster

What a shame, the first movie is good but the sequel so bla coz to focus at animal and kill the human character, well I still enjoy it but I still prefer watch the first movie than the sequel.

I think it's a great game! I also found it rather short on my first playthrough, but it's very replayable. And of course the longplayer didn't 100% it-100%ing doesn't cost too much longer, though.
