I had been to Vegas about 20 times before I finally went a few years ago. We had a couple sandwiches and potato salad, all large and very tasty. The atmosphere is so cool.
This place is a treasure… and I can now see why. James and I are definitely wanting to come back for the lunch or dinner options. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience ❤️ -Paul
Awe Thank You ❤️ We try our best but we also have to be honest… We are tourists ourselves (we live one state over in Phoenix, AZ) so a majority of what we cover for the channel is from the perspective of a tourist visiting Las Vegas. So we are glad to hear that it’s informative and that you have been getting value from the weekly episodes. And yes… fingers are crossed for future growth - Thank you for the support and for watching ❤️ -Paul
Hash House a Go Go will likely either get its own video (or be part of a video) when we visit Downtown in September as we will be staying at The Plaza for a portion of that visit and it’s part of the hotel. Also the location at Linq will be featured as a tiny segment in an upcoming video, but we only featured the bar for that one. Thanks for watching and I can definitely see why it’s a favorite place of yours ❤️ -Paul
I honestly don’t know how I got recommended this video - unless somehow google was doing location tracking the last time I was in Vegas and ran I to JK there! But I remember him telling me about his friends who had a UA-cam channel… You two are delightful and I’ve subscribed for more!
Thank you for saying so! I’m so glad that you enjoyed the video! That is definitely a weird coincidence, but I’m happy the algorithm worked out that way! Thanks for taking the time to comment! We really appreciate it. -James
Omg. I’ve always wanted to go there. Glad you went there!!! Oh pls tell your friend JK that I love his green hair. It rocks!! Holy #*#* you are not kidding on the portion sizes. They are HUGE !! wow. I think I’m gonna have to go now. Lol. Thanks for a great video. ❤❤❤❤
This has definitely been on our “to visit” list since we first came to Vegas but the first time we had a whole wedding to plan (and that first Pizza video to film and much more content we tried filming that didn’t make it onto the channel due to us being so inexperienced at doing this and trying to also have a wedding), the next two visits Peppermill just couldn’t be fit into the plans, so on this visit we made a habit to do it by centering it around a different video we had planned. And I am so glad that we did. Fun fact, the Bloody Mary portion of this video will be featured again in another future video that we filmed with JK, and JK’s voice will be featured in next week’s video about The Mirage as he helped provide a lot of the informative facts during my walkaround of the property. So there will be a bit more of him featured on the channel in the future. He is a great friend to us at home and has a wonderful personality that just shines so outwardly. And he is also such a foodie so it’s always in alignment with our content (Plus he can organize a large group for Dim Sum like a pro). And besides the bold personality, his hair is pretty epic. Thanks for watching and when you make it back to Vegas, this is sure one place not to be missed. -Paul
Ahhhhh, Peppermill....one of the best. It was recently awarded the 2024 James Beard American Classic award. My favorite is the eggs Benedict. And drinks at night at the Fireside lounge is amazing. Great review.
This was definitely a great breakfast. JK has been wanting us to come here since our wedding and we finally… got to it. I almost wanna go just for the Fireside Lounge sometime just to get drinks and appetizers. -Paul
@@johnf8070 We’re actually from Phoenix, so it’s a fairly quick flight to get there. While Paul and I had been fans of Vegas before starting the channel, we’d somehow never made it to the Peppermill before. I’m kicking myself for all the missed opportunities now. -James
I can definitely say this. I can see why it got that James Beard Foundation award. It’s classic comfort food and was really delicious. This is a definite must visit on your next Vegas trip. -Paul
We really were impressed with portions at the Peppermill even for Happy Hour items- totally sharable. 2 things - Amy totally agrees with Paul re: bloody mary (yuck) 👏 - Paul's (OUR Paul) middle name is James 😆 ... small world Enjoying your adventures! Maybe we'll see you around during your next trip ~Amy
We saw that video ❤️ - Those were some huge portions during Happy Hour, especially those sliders. I definitely have to say that I am a huge fan of spicy cocktails (and I love tomato juice and V8), but for some reason I absolutely hate a Bloody Mary. It’s probably because if it’s often a Tabasco sauce used to spice it up, then the fact that I just don’t like Tabasco (it’s the intense vinegar aftertaste). But that’s a really awesome small world on the name similarities. Speaking of which we have been binge watching a lot of your stuff recently and I must say that we enjoyed your video on Hofbräuhaus- On this July trip it will be our first time trying it so that was great to see some of the items featured and get an idea as we plan out what we want to cover for when we make that video (obviously we will try to order different items but that Pretzel may be a thing as we both love a giant Pretzel). Thanks for watching and for the comment ❤️ -Paul
@JamesandPaulTryitAll Awww You just made my day! I woke up this morning and waited for your new video. 😂 I kept saying, it's Saturday, isn't it??? Have fun at Hofbrauhaus! We can't wait to go back
@@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612 this will be our first time going, and we are super stoked. Your video from your meal there on Christmas Day definitely added fuel to that fire for us! -James
Peppermill is a must go to place when someone goes to Vegas. Me and my wife go at least two times when we're out there and we're so looking forward to going there when we head out later this year.
I’m kicking myself for all the lost meals at Peppermill on previous Vegas trips. I always knew about it, but other restaurants always distracted me. I can’t wait to go back. -James
At least it comes with fries… Peppermill prices are definitely on the higher side, but i’d say that they fall in line with the Vegas Strip average. Thankfully, the portions seem to be very generous there. -James

Love the peppermill! It was featured in the movie Casino.
It sure was… and Showgirls… cannot forget that classic Vegas film 😜

Carmen Miranda's Hat 🍍🍎🍏🍌
I definitely couldn’t think of a better way to describe it.
It was a tasty hat though.

Loco Moco originated in Hawaii
It sure did! And it’s delicious. This was just a loco Moco with a Korean twist being that it was bulgogi.
