At least in the us, there’s been discussion around the short comings of the film kiss the ground. From what I’ve heard there isn’t much acknowledgment of the bipoc communities’ contributions to regenerative agriculture, Agro- forestry, and permaculture. It’s just something to keep in mind if you watch the film. I’ve heard gather is a great film that uplifts the bipoc contributions. Anyway, I’m so happy to see all the momentum in Kenya :)
I'm actually really saddened by them biting the whole video/carbon emissions thing. while it is true that higher resolution videos do produse slightly more carbon emissions (through power consumption and other uses which is negated if you are on a sustainable power grid like hydro, solar, wind, or even nuclear), an hour of streaming HD video produces about 40 to 50 grams of carbon dioxide. In an hour by just breathing normally a human produces nearly 1,100 grams of carbon dioxide, 20x more.

So, tell me how significant Less than 1% CO2 is, given that ALL plant life Requires CO2, And more CO2 means More, and Better plant growth ? Bottom line : CO2 is a Good thing, not a bad thing.
