Joe this hits home for me. I'll be 37 in a month and I've lost everything! I'm going thru a separation, apart from my children, lost my place, lost my job. In 2015 I won $251,000 in the Michigan lottery and I blew it ALL. Now Im staying in a spare bedroom at my sisters house. I've been drunk trying to numb the pain more days than not. I have struggled hard with regret and depression but after hearing this! After hearing your words and the Gods honest truth! I WILL be the success story that you spoke of, the guy who completely fucked his life up and gets it back together. Better than ever. One day at a time, starting with writing down my plan to succeed and doing the work!! Thank you!! God bless 🙏

Listening to Joe's podcast and the awesome people he has on, i too turned my life around. Lost 50 pounds, studied my ass of and am now close to finishing college. Videos like these contain very strong messages, but people should recognise there is no such thing as a sentence or a video that will give you the motivation needed to turn your life around, this you can only find yourself when you start the journey to become the hero of your life. But its so important to start it, however hard and unpleasant it is. I'm very lucky to live in a world where you can find content like this because Joe speaks a universal truth here in my opinion. Im not a hero of my life yet, but i went from being a bad guy to a good guy, and am striving to become a hero. You can do it people, believe in yourselves!

I suffer from a crippling anxiety disorder , i fight it every single day. Never let it beat me until i left my job over it , ironically i found comfort in making, turned my garage into a workshop and made , made and made until i started to sell my items. I started a business that i LOVE and doing it very well. It helps my mind but i do get down days but PUSH through it, i won't let it win or beat me. Money won't make depression better or anxiety any less , but the motivation does make it easier , it works. In the words of a certain sports brand JUST DO IT , and do it now. Thanks joe for the motivation, the man says it all in a nutshell.

Waw! You now have the perfect platform for your very own routine! Fock furniture, fock "extra" cash, fock excess garbage food!
Meal prep. Wake up at 5. Go for a dripping sweat run. Happily go to work. Hit the gym real hard after work. Join a sports team after 2 months of hard work. Like men's league soccer, basketball tag football etc.(this gives you an objective to work out towards.) Fock(bang) females who will surely throw the couch at you now that you are on top of your game and dont give a fock. If you have to spend more than $30 in gas and drinks/food before you get the couch drop the b.tch and keep growing yourself.
Stop being a b.tch!! Be a focking lion you c.nt!!!
Always see the positive, the opportunity, and possibilities that are in every experience!!
      Heard of MGTOW?
Be a MAN!! Not just an adult male!
      Get the fock to work!

Remember people... there are many who watch hundreds of motivation videos, and do nothing with it. (As I have myself) but make a change to that. Be the one who makes a change, the important thing to remember is that motivation is crap and doesn’t last, you just gotta find that drive. When times get tough, the tough get going.

      Motivation is bullshit.
You will never get none done through "motivation"

That's when resistance and sheer toughness comes.

6 months ago, I had just gotten home after being discharged from the Army during basic training. I got a job as a dishwasher at a local restaurant, making 9 bucks an hour and still would barely show up because I hated myself so much and would just sit at home and mope and feel sorry for myself. I got fired from that job, my family practically disowned me, and my girlfriend was ready to leave me. A new company came to my town, I got on out there on the ground floor as a press operator, and now make about 20 bucks an hour and work Mon-Fri. I don’t know if this is what I want to do forever, but it’s what I need to do for now. If I can go from being a washout loser who can’t even wash dishes to being one of the 10 people in a warehouse trained on every position in less than a year, than you can do anything. It’s not always about what you want to do forever, it’s sometimes about what needs to be done now. If you’re not happy, find what makes you happy. Do your best, be a good person, and keep on moving. The minute you stop trying is the minute it all goes to shit

For all those things I used to overthink and wory over, if it was a new job or an application that I was getting ready for the worst part are the worries before the fact. When you get there and start doing what you know you can and should do the worst is already behind you. There were times during college where I had to travel abroad and do all types of jobs and the thoughts of how will things plan out had me so uptight and restless till I got there and started getting shit done. I’ve accomplished a lot of things in my life and often I forget to tap myself on the back for it, I think it comes from my parents never really valuing themselves and their time, always putting others first. Now I know, no one will do anything for me and no one will care if things don’t work out, and that’s how it should be. No one owes us anything in this life, whatever you want, you have to work for it and the satisfaction when you eventually earn it is priceless. Who wants to lay around the whole day and do nothing ? That’s some weak shit, feeling worthless serving no purpose to society. I had loser friends in the past that complained how bad things are happening even though they did nothing bad to anyone, but they didn’t do anything good to anyone either. Push yourself as hard as you can in everything and when you get results out of it you’ll eventually want to do it. People think it all comes so easy for the successful one without ever having seen the time, struggle and sweat that goes into the shit. Stay positive and motivated and fuck everyone elses oppinion, they’re gonna talk regardless.

I had a stroke after working in aviation for over thirty years. I kinda sat around watching UA-cam videos for a few months, then thought its time to get off my ass. It was winter so I started building an airplane in my basement. When spring finally hit I went on a 5000 mile motorbike trip to visit a friend and had the time of my life riding through the desert. I did a bunch of home renos that I didn't have time for when I was working. and now I'm planning a couple other bike trips. Considering retraining but I'm nervous of starting school again at over fifty , funny how I will ride across a country by myself but I'm scared of going to school. Gotta get over that one. Oh ya the planes not done yet but I'm still plugging away.
    Thanks for the video

Was 255 lbs a month ago. Been working out, biking about 50-60 miles a week, cut calories down to a third of what I used to, been doing jumping jacks, push ups, jogging, different ab workouts, etc. I’m tired of being like this. I want to be my best self. I haven’t been below 200 lbs since I was 13, I’m now 18. 255 a month ago and now I’m down to 237 and still going. I’m using all my extra time in this quarantine to isolate myself and really throw myself into the mindset of making a change. I’m staying way more hydrated. I’m not gonna let life pass me by any longer and you don’t have to either. You’re not gonna let this bullshit beat you down and you’re not gonna sit around and wish something were another way. You’re gonna go get it, because you have the strength to. Claim your throne and be your hero. The thing about rock bottom is the only way to go is up.

It’s been a long time for me that I fell down , and I stayed there for a year now. I looked at myself broken because I was at my best and was rejected and humiliated by my so called loved ones. It literally broke me, broke my heart, my spirit, my drive, my motivation. I just made everyone uncomfortable and I was SO alone. I had to learn to love myself I have to stand alone. I need to be proud of myself for myself. If they do not like it so be it. This is not living . I am a ghost. I will get back up , I will do my best, I will be proud of myself. If they are uncomfortable ? That is their problem. I cannot control ANYONE but ME! I WANT TO TRULY LIVE AN AUTHENTIC LIFE! I want to be proud of myself. I will rise up tomorrow and GO BE ALIVE! Something that helps get you motivated when you don't want to do something is visualize your goal and ask yourself,
*If I were motivated, what would I be doing right now?*
Visualizing yourself being motivated to work and accomplishing your goals helps you recall the feeling of being in that state of mind. Even if it takes some time, don't let yourself lose those motivated thoughts. Keep reminding yourself of what motivated you would be doing, you'll get there.
NOW GO OUT AND MAKE IT A REALITY.

I was 120 lbs (55kgs) overweight/obese and had been overweight my whole life. One day I just said "nah, today we start changing shit up." (I'm down 75lbs/35kgs by now).
Don't go fckn all in right away, make small changes and progress daily, and make it into your new normal, what ever task you are facing. Then keep progressing to new normals, and do the things that improves YOU, in your way. Your idea of happiness and success might not be the same idea as the guy next door.

I needed this. I spent my life in and out of major depression, I have a speech deficiency so I have difficulty talking as easily as normal people do. I had a severe stutter as a kid to where I could barely get through 2 words without sounding like a broken record or a CD that's skipping. I had to spend years developing a higher vocabulary along with breathing and hidden tapping techniques to learn to talk somewhat fluent and eventually hide that I have a stutter in the presence of other people altogether. Always being the butt end of a joke for people gets old I tell ya, but no one's truly ever gonna protect you but you. I've had a rough life, a real shit show at times I tell ya. Drug addicted psychologically abusive parents, a destroyed family, homelessness, numerous full mental breakdowns, physical injuries, jail, not getting to see my children, and even overcoming my own drug addictions. I can truly say I'm a much better person now than I what I used be and the only person who ever got me outta those places that I didn't wanna be in was me. You truly do gotta push yourself through some shit in this world if you really wanna find out who and what you really are (and what your true potential is). This video is good advice and it's so true. You gotta pretty much learn to be your very own drill sergeant no lie.

This video gave me goose bumps. It hit home when he talks about being ok with being uncomfortable , that's just a part of life. It would always make me feel good during the worst moments before a fight, thinking it meant it was going to be a good night for me. So I just read John Jospeh’s The PMA Effect, Rich Roll’s Finding Ultra, and David Goggins Can’t Hurt Me, and MAN if you need inspiration, motivation and DRIVE - READ THOSE BOOKS! I can’t say enough about these three people (and of course Rogan and this video is along those same lines). I am 48, and have dealt with drugs and alcohol most of my life, came from a single mom home and grew up feeling insecure and “soft” - I am finally “adulting” and got my shit half way together but it’s been a STRUGGLE. I have been to rock bottom and back, and just in the past couple of months those books have helped me get my motivation and focus to new levels. If you are struggling, read them and TAKE HEART! It’s never too late. I have never really been a runner, but to motivate myself to do it and get more cardio in my life I just signed my wife and I up for our first 5k in October and plan to do a tough murder next season. Maybe more challenges beyond that. I hope you all find the drive you need to take you to new exciting places in your lives. My son just got out of jail and I tried to get him to read the books and change his attitude but it’s been a lost cause. Don’t be like my son. Don’t think you know everything. Be open minded to new ideas, new motivations and GET BUSY PUTTING IN THAT WORK! And keep that PMA! 🔥🔥🤟🤟
