Your videos make me cry. I was raised by my father who constantly body-shamed and abused me. All of this bullying not only happens at home but also at school. I used to believe I was a bad person by birth. I always crave love or attention, leading me to end up in toxic relationships. It hurts. Susan koruthu mam’s videos too are really helpful if u have to deal with a narc. And its not easy to find an npd therapy coach from kerala. I had about 15 sessions from her to get over the damage caused by narc x hus. I am forever indebted to her for pulling me out of shithole.

We call that good and bad loop as 'EMOTIONAL ROLLER COASTER'. Also something you missed is 'SILENT TREATMENT' which is a super-powerful weapon used by narcicists. They will have very serious fights and arguments with you (sometimes for reasons that you have no idea about) and then go silent without giving any explanations. If you are an anxious person or an overthinker, it is more than enough to totally freak out your mind, because you keep on thinking what went wrong. For the sake of being with them, you will admit that you were wrong and get back with them again. There starts the next round of love bombing followed by unexplained fights and silent treatment. This loop keeps on repeating for months and years, finally making you feel that you have a mental disorder and ending up in becoming a slave of the narcicist (Happiest moment for the narcicist)

Being selfish is not a NPD sister I am selfish, not a good person. I only care about myself and my loved ones. Other's pain and suffering is not my concern. I will do anything for my own benefits, my own interests always come first - Its called selfishness not NPD I mean why I care about others ? I enjoying life, take care my family but that's it. I wont interfere other's issues. Its a attitude, not having a divine personality is not a disorder If u still think selfishness is NPD then I proudly saying I am a Narcissist, I am not going to change my attitude. I didn't find anything wrong in my personality. I wont abuse, manipulate others and frame them for my faults. I won't use them for my advantages. Hello swathi these are my findings from experiences & observation 👇 ഇവർക്ക് ഈ സ്വഭാവം parents il ( may be authoritarian parents) നിന്നോ അവരെ വളർത്തിയവരിൽ നിന്നോ കിട്ടുന്നു...കൂടാതെ സമൂഹത്തിലെ കുറച്ചു ചേരുവകളും കൂടി ചേരുമ്പോൾ പൂർണമായി 1) അവർ എപ്പോഴും സ്വന്തം നേട്ടങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് മാത്രം സംസാരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും 📌 അമിതമായ സ്വയം സ്നേഹം അമിതമായ സ്വയം ബഹുമാനം. അത്കൊണ്ട് എപ്പൊഴും ഞാൻ എന്ന വിചാരം മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടാവൂ... ഞാൻ കാരണമാണ് ഇതൊക്കെ ഉണ്ടായത് എൻ്റെ അധ്വാനം കൊണ്ടാണ് നീ എല്ലാം നേടിയത്, അവരുടെ സ്വഭാവ സവിശേഷതകൾ എപ്പൊഴും എടുത്തു പറഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും 2) മറ്റുള്ളവരെ manipulate ചെയ്യാൻ ലോകത്ത് ആർക്കും ഇല്ലാത്ത സാമർത്ഥ്യം ഇവരെ psychologist നെ കാണിക്കാൻ കൊണ്ടുപോയാൽ അവരെ വരെ പറഞ്ഞു സ്വന്തം വരുതിയിൽ ആക്കാൻ ഉള്ള അ ത്രയും സാമർത്ഥ്യം 3) സ്വന്തം കാര്യം നേടാൻ വേണ്ടി മറ്റുള്ളവരെ എത് വിധേനയും ഉപയോഗിക്കുക 📌 Empathy ഇല്ല. അത്കൊണ്ട് സ്വന്തം കാര്യം നേടാൻ ഏത് അറ്റം വരെയും അവർ പോവും അവിടെ മക്കൾ ആണോ ഭാര്യ ആണോ എന്ന പരിഗണന ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല..... എനിക്ക് എൻ്റെ കാര്യം കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് നടക്കണം... 4) വിമർശനം ഒരിക്കലും സ്വീകരിക്കില്ല 📌 വിമർശിക്കാനോ ഇവരോട് തർകിക്കാ നോ പോയാൽ തീർന്നു കാര്യം.... എല്ലാം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അവസാനം നമ്മളാണ് തെറ്റ് ചെയ്തത് എന്ന് നമ്മളെ വിശ്വസിപ്പിക്കാൻ മാത്രമുള്ള കഴിവും വാക്ചാതുരിയും ഉണ്ടാവും ഇവർക്ക്. 5) ഈഗോയുടെ അങ്ങേ അറ്റം 📌 ഇവരുടെ ഈഗോ പാൽപ്പാട പോലെ വളരെ നേർത്ത ഒന്നാണ്. ഒന്നും അങ്ങോട്ട് പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല എല്ലാം ഇങ്ങോട്ട് കെട്ടോണം ( like a radio ) 6) സ്വന്തം തെറ്റുകൾ പോലും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ മേലെ ചാർത്താനുള്ള അപാരമായ കഴിവ് 📌 ഒരു കാരണവും ഇല്ലാതെ, ചിലപ്പോൾ അവരുടെ സ്വന്തം തെറ്റിന് പോലും കൂടെ ഉള്ളവരെ വഴക്ക് പറയും ഉപദ്രവിക്കും 7) ഇവർക്ക് empathy ഒരിക്കലും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ കണ്ണിലൂടെ കാണുക അവരുടെ വികാരങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കുക എന്നത് ഇവർക്ക് എന്നും ഒരു വിദൂര സ്വപ്നം മാത്രം ആണ് 8) പുറമെ ഉള്ള പെരുമാറ്റം കണ്ട് ഇവരെ മനസ്സിലാക്കാ ൻ പറ്റില്ല പുറമെ പൊതുവേ നല്ല വ്യക്തിത്വം കാണിക്കുന്നവർ ആയിരിക്കും ഇവർ എന്നാല് കൂടെ നിൽക്കുനവരോട് ചോദിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ ശരിക്കും മനസ്സിലാവൂ അവർ എങ്ങനെയാണ് എന്ന്.... Praise in public, criticism in private. 9) സ്വയം ബോധം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല അവർ സംസാരിക്കുന്ന/ ചെയ്യുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് അവർക്ക് ബോധം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല... അത് മറ്റുള്ളവരെ എങ്ങനെ ബാധിക്കുന്നു എന്നും അവർക്ക് മനസ്സിലാവില്ല കാരണം empathy എന്ന കാര്യം അവരുടെ തലച്ചോറിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നില്ല 10) സ്വയം ഒരു മാറ്റത്തിന് ഒരിക്കലും തയ്യാറാവില്ല വേണമെങ്കിൽ നിനക്ക് മാറാം എന്നാലും ഞാൻ എൻ്റെ തീരുമാനത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഒരിക്കലും മാറില്ല.... അവർ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിൽ മാറണമെങ്കിൽ അത് അവരുടെ ജീവൻ്റെ നിലനില്പിൻ്റെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം ആയിരിക്കണം 10) ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ഇവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ പൊതുവേ വൈകിയേ പറ്റുള്ളൂ.. അപ്പോഴേക്കും ലൈഫ് പകുതിയും കഴിഞ്ഞു കാണും. ശാരീരികമായ ഉപദ്രവം ആണെങ്കിൽ പെട്ടെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവും പക്ഷേ മാനസികമായ ഉപദ്രവം ആണെങ്കിൽ വളരെക്കാലം കഴിയേണ്ടിവരും. 11) കൂടെ ഉള്ളവരെ ഇവർ എപ്പൊഴും ഒരു അടിമ ആക്കി വയ്ക്കാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.... ഇവരെ കടന്നു വച്ച് വേറൊരാൾ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഇവർക്ക് ഇഷ്ടം അല്ല/ ചെയ്യാൻ സമ്മതിക്കില്ല 12) ഇവർ മരിച്ചാലും ഇവരുടെ ചെയ്തികളുടെ ഫലങ്ങൾ നില നിൽക്കും. കാരണം ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ ജീവിച്ചവരുടെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഇവരുടെ സ്വഭാവം കടന്നു കയറാൻ സാധ്യത വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ്. കൂടെ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ആത്മ വിശ്വാസം, തീരുമാനം എടുക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവ്, സ്വയം ബഹുമാനം എന്നിവ തീരെ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. എപ്പൊഴും കുറ്റബോധം, ടെൻഷൻ എന്നിവ ഇവരെ വേ ട്ടയാടിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും കാരണം അവർ എന്നും പഴി കേട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു സ്വന്തം തെറ്റിന് പോലും അല്ലാതെ (affects their subconscious thinking) Remedies 👇 ഒന്നുകിൽ ഇവരക്ക് ചികിത്സ നൽകുക അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ ഉള്ളവർ എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് വളരെ ദൂരെ മാറി താമസിക്കുക. ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ ജീവിക്കുക എന്നത് വളരെ ദുഷ്കരമാണ്.... നമ്മുടെ ആത്മാവിൻ്റെ ജീവനോടെ വലിചു പറിചു കൊണ്ടപോകുന്നപോലെ തോന്നും.

1) അവർ എപ്പോഴും സ്വന്തം നേട്ടങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് മാത്രം സംസാരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും
📌 അമിതമായ സ്വയം സ്നേഹം അമിതമായ സ്വയം ബഹുമാനം. അത്കൊണ്ട് എപ്പൊഴും ഞാൻ എന്ന വിചാരം മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടാവൂ... ഞാൻ കാരണമാണ് ഇതൊക്കെ ഉണ്ടായത് എൻ്റെ അധ്വാനം കൊണ്ടാണ് നീ എല്ലാം നേടിയത്, അവരുടെ സ്വഭാവ സവിശേഷതകൾ എപ്പൊഴും എടുത്തു പറഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും

3) സ്വന്തം കാര്യം നേടാൻ വേണ്ടി മറ്റുള്ളവരെ എത് വിധേനയും ഉപയോഗിക്കുക
📌 Empathy ഇല്ല. അത്കൊണ്ട് സ്വന്തം കാര്യം നേടാൻ ഏത് അറ്റം വരെയും അവർ പോവും അവിടെ മക്കൾ ആണോ ഭാര്യ ആണോ എന്ന പരിഗണന ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല..... എനിക്ക് എൻ്റെ കാര്യം കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് നടക്കണം...
4) വിമർശനം ഒരിക്കലും സ്വീകരിക്കില്ല
📌 വിമർശിക്കാനോ ഇവരോട് തർകിക്കാ നോ പോയാൽ തീർന്നു കാര്യം.... എല്ലാം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അവസാനം നമ്മളാണ് തെറ്റ് ചെയ്തത് എന്ന് നമ്മളെ വിശ്വസിപ്പിക്കാൻ മാത്രമുള്ള കഴിവും വാക്ചാതുരിയും ഉണ്ടാവും ഇവർക്ക്.
5) ഈഗോയുടെ അങ്ങേ അറ്റം

അവർ സംസാരിക്കുന്ന/ ചെയ്യുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് അവർക്ക് ബോധം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല... അത് മറ്റുള്ളവരെ എങ്ങനെ ബാധിക്കുന്നു എന്നും അവർക്ക് മനസ്സിലാവില്ല കാരണം empathy എന്ന കാര്യം അവരുടെ തലച്ചോറിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നില്ല
10) സ്വയം ഒരു മാറ്റത്തിന് ഒരിക്കലും തയ്യാറാവില്ല
വേണമെങ്കിൽ നിനക്ക് മാറാം എന്നാലും ഞാൻ എൻ്റെ തീരുമാനത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഒരിക്കലും മാറില്ല.... അവർ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിൽ മാറണമെങ്കിൽ അത് അവരുടെ ജീവൻ്റെ നിലനില്പിൻ്റെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം ആയിരിക്കണം
10) ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ഇവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ പൊതുവേ വൈകിയേ പറ്റുള്ളൂ.. അപ്പോഴേക്കും ലൈഫ് പകുതിയും കഴിഞ്ഞു കാണും. ശാരീരികമായ ഉപദ്രവം ആണെങ്കിൽ പെട്ടെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവും പക്ഷേ മാനസികമായ ഉപദ്രവം ആണെങ്കിൽ വളരെക്കാലം കഴിയേണ്ടിവരും.
11) കൂടെ ഉള്ളവരെ ഇവർ എപ്പൊഴും ഒരു അടിമ ആക്കി വയ്ക്കാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.... ഇവരെ കടന്നു വച്ച് വേറൊരാൾ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഇവർക്ക് ഇഷ്ടം അല്ല/ ചെയ്യാൻ സമ്മതിക്കില്ല
12) ഇവർ മരിച്ചാലും ഇവരുടെ ചെയ്തികളുടെ ഫലങ്ങൾ നില നിൽക്കും. കാരണം ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ ജീവിച്ചവരുടെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഇവരുടെ സ്വഭാവം കടന്നു കയറാൻ സാധ്യത വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ്. കൂടെ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ആത്മ വിശ്വാസം, തീരുമാനം എടുക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവ്, സ്വയം ബഹുമാനം എന്നിവ തീരെ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. എപ്പൊഴും കുറ്റബോധം, ടെൻഷൻ എന്നിവ ഇവരെ വേ ട്ടയാടിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും കാരണം അവർ എന്നും പഴി കേട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു സ്വന്തം തെറ്റിന് പോലും അല്ലാതെ (affects their subconscious thinking)
Remedies 👇
ഒന്നുകിൽ ഇവരക്ക് ചികിത്സ നൽകുക അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ ഉള്ളവർ എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് വളരെ ദൂരെ മാറി താമസിക്കുക.
ഇവരുടെ കൂടെ ജീവിക്കുക എന്നത് വളരെ ദുഷ്കരമാണ്.... നമ്മുടെ ആത്മാവിൻ്റെ ജീവനോടെ വലിചു പറിചു കൊണ്ടപോകുന്നപോലെ തോന്നും.
