In France it's actually true, you don't need people's permission if they're unrecognizable or if you keep the footage to yourself, and if people see the camera and don't oppose to it their consent is assumed. Streaming clearly visible people who don't want to be on camera is illegal and they have a right to object.

he is referring to the laws of filming , its not the same as in america , and besides , if he was born there and lived there his life , it is his country , would you say the same to white and black americans when they say its there country ?
