Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. Mr. Ghamidi has authored several books, including the bestseller ‘Meezan’, in which he presents a comprehensive treatise on the entire content of Islam. Mr. Ghamidi is a researcher and a critical thinker who has challenged many aspects of the traditional Muslim schools of thought on the basis of evidence from Quran and sunnah.

Thanks for giving us such a brief and meaningfull point of view on Concept Of Peeer Sahib.
I have been in this sitution where peer sahib was one and only source of knowldge religion even more important than Quran,Hadis or Allah Subah u Talah.

انسان کو اگر اتنا آزاد پیدا کیا ہے تو جنت دوزخ کا تصور کیوں ہے ؟
رسول اللہ صلي اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم ہمارے پیر و مرشد ہیں ۔
اولیاء اللہ کرام ہمیں سنت رسول پہ چلنا سکھاتے ہیں جو ہم بھول چکے ہوتے ہیں ۔
شریعت پہ ہمہ تن رہنا سکھاتے ہیں ۔۔۔ اپنے آپ کو پہچاننا سکھاتے ہیں ۔ نفس عمارہ کو نفس کاملہ تک لانے میں مدد کرتے ہیں ۔
روحانی طور پر دربار رسول اللہ تک اور پھر وہاں سے اللہ تعالٰی کے وصل وقرب میں پہنچاتے ہیں ۔
جب عشق و پیار رسول اللہ ہم میں پیدا ہوگا تو ہم ان کی پوری پوری پیروی کریں گے ۔
سوفیا کرام انسان کے قلب کو صاف کرتے ہیں ۔

غامدی صاحب کا یہ کہنا کہ اللہ کو اس سے کوئ سروکار نہیں کتنی تعداد میں لوگ مسلمان ہوئے قرآن کی فکر سے متصادم ہے ۔اللہ نے سورة النصر میں فرمایا ہے
جب اللہ کی مد اور فتح آجائے اور لوگوں کو دیکھو کہ وہ فوج در فوج خدا کے دین میں داخل ہورہے ہیں ۔۔۔۔
یعنی بڑی تعداد کا اسلام قبول کرنا بغیر اللہ کی مدد کے ممکن ہی نہیں

Very impressive , meaningful and full of clarity explanation by Sir Ghamidi on the topic.I was myself of the same view on some of the points such as trans n counciousness of mind and sama basr n nutk usage for a human to understand the Haq and other worldly affairs.Tasawwure sheikh and its associated undesirable affinities have been clarified in a way that never before given by any other scholar as far as i know. Sir Ghamidi is a gift of God for this Muslim nation all over the world.A deep sense of regards I have for him since I started lisening to him since 2016. I suggest Govt of pakistan or concerned authoritis should take initiative to call him back to Pakistan with deserved treatment.

اللّٰہ تعالیٰ سے ھدایت مانگتے رہیں جب تک آپ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ سے ھدایت مانگتے رہیں گے آمید ہے کہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ ہدایت پر رکھے گا خود کو ھدایت یافتہ سمجھنا گمراہی کا در کھول سکتا ہے لہذا اللّٰہ تعالیٰ کی پکڑ سے ڈرتے رہنا چاہئے

تصوف،روحانیت،پیری مریدی اور ان میں موجود جتنے بھی رتبے ہیں قرآن اور رسول کی ہدایات اور عملی نمونے کے متصادم ہیں یقینن اسکی وجہ دنیا داری کا حصول ہی ھے جسکو من گھڑت احادیث،جھوٹے خواب اور تعبیرات کے ذریعے،بجائے علم و عقل کے، انسانی جذبات کا استحصال کر کے تحفظ دیا جاتا ھے اسلئیے ہمیں پڑھے لکھے اور صاحب ثروت انسان بھی متاثر نظر آتے ہیں لیکن صرف اور صرف دنیا داری کیلئے جسکا مجھے عین الیقین ھے اور ملک میں سیاسی، سماجی اور سب سے بڑھ کر معاشی تباہی کیوجہ سے اس متوازی دین کیطرف بہت لوگ ہجرت کرتے نظر آ رہے ہیں۔

यह जलेबियां छानने से कुछ नहीं होगा गलत को गलत कहना चाहिए जब ज्यादातर उलेमा में यही कमी है कि वह अपनी इज्जत के लिए दूसरों के गलत कामों को भी सपोर्ट करते हैं क्योंकि इन्हें अपनी भी इज्जत करवानी है बल्कि होना यह चाहिए जब आप सही काम कर रहे हैं तो दूसरे के गलत कामों का सपोर्ट ना करें आपकी इज्जत अपने आप ही बनी रहेगी
Two follow up questions:
1. There are narrations that Sahaba used to drink water soaked in Huzur (saw)'s clothes for curing their diseased.
Kept His (saw) clothes, Hair with them for Barakat.
There is one narration where they drank leftover water from Wudu of his (saw)
2. Then there is a narration that once Prophet ordered to being something, and Whole of the sahaba rushed to get that thing, even though one person was enough to bring it. Upon asking, sahaba replied that we all went because his (saw) hukam was generic not to a specific person.
All these narrations, some of which seem legit as well, makes u think it was that 'ISHQ' that Sufis talk about, because Quran never mentions to drink leftover water or keep clothes for barkat. I understand that keeping clothes out of love is fine, but for barakat?
What to make of these narrations?
بہت جامع گفتگو تھی۔ لیکن حسن بھائی! اگر تصور شیخ کی تعبیر بیان کرتے اسکی تاریخ پر بھی نظر ڈالی جاتی تو گفتگو مزید مفید ہوسکتی تھی۔ یعنی یہ معاملہ اگر دین میں شامل ہوگیا ہے تو یقیناً اس کی بنیاد کچھ بنائی گئی ہوگی جو شاید قرآن و سنت سے مستخرج تو نہ ہو لیکن کہیں سے تو اسکی بناء ڈالی گئی ہوگی ۔۔۔۔ اسے بھی شامل کروائیں سوالات میں۔
غامدی صاحب کی ان باتوں کا کوئی جواب آجتک نہیں ملا۔۔ جو حدیث و سنت ماننے کا دعویٰ کرتے ھیں وھی عملا انکاری ھیں
I've only one question. I agreed with the points that we dont need Sufisim to propagate Islam but how does this method become so effective in sub continent and so many non muslims converted to Islam because of this Sufis.
No such things in Islam to have mediators.
غامدی صاحب نے ہمیشہ کی طرح قرآن کی آیت کے آدھے حصہ آفاق کو پکڑ لیا اور آدھے حصہ انفس کو دانستہ طور پر چھوڑ دیا ,کیونکہ اسی حصہ سے ان کی بات غلط ثابت ہوتی ہے۔۔

نوح علیہ السلام اپنے بیٹے کو دین پر نہیں لا سکے حتیٰ کہ ابرہیم علیہ السلام اپنے والد کو قائل کرنے میں ناکام رہے لیکن اس ناکامی کو بھی قبول کر لیا اور پھر بھی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ کی رحمت سے مایوس نہیں ہوئے اور ان کی مغفرت کی دعا مانگتے رہے یہاں تک کہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ نے خود آگے بڑھ کر روک نہیں دیا ہمیں دین کے معاملے میں اپنی فکر کرنا ہے اور لوگوں کے عقائد ونظریات درست کرنے کے لئے اصلاح کی کوشش کرتے رہنا ہے ہم اس مقام پر نہیں کھڑے ہوئے ہیں کہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ آگے بڑھ کر روک دے لہذا لوگوں کی اصلاح نہیں کر سکتے تو اللّٰہ تعالیٰ سے ھدایت کی دعا ضرور مانگتے رہیں کہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ کرم کرنے پر آ جائے تو بن مانگے بھی ہدایت دے دیا کرتا ہے لہذا اللّٰہ تعالیٰ سے لوگوں کی اصلاح کی دعا تو ضرور کرتے رہیں ۔ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ غامدی صاحب کی کوشش قبول فرمائے آمین

تصوف ھی کی بدولت دین کی صحیح راہ کے متوازی جو راستے اختیار کیئے گئے ان سے دیوبندی دین ، بریلوی دین وجود میں آئے
We live in America. All my family sells liquor. My husband used to think it’s bad but after talking to ghamidi jee , few years back. He was convinced that it’s OK. After that he started selling beer and wine and now he has liquor on his gas station too. I always argue with him that it’s not Allowed. And he always says ghamidi jee said its ok. Two days ago I saw a dream that my husband brought home one whole chicken and one cat and told me to cook both of them. I said no cat is not Halal, but he said no it is I kept arguing it’s not permissible, but he said no he got the fatwa from A schola That is Hala. He also said people used to think it’s haram. But now they say halal. Please ghamidi ji. I request you to think about this. You are answerable to Allah.
Mr Ghamidi .... aap ghuma pher kar Sufisim ki nafi kartay hain .😂
