Hey, I might do a separate video on the symbols part. You can choose the symbols yourself that is what I’ve done. I think that is the best way because everybody has different things to heal in each of the centres for example if you have a lot of pain in one of the centres you might want a peace symbol or a heart placed there. The most commonly used symbols are a heart, Apple for good health, the word healed. Dr Joe also gives more examples in his book becoming supernatural in the chapter about blessing of the energy centres.
