What about the fact that this ring is NOT going to be BIS for most active players? The loss of what, 1400-1500 secondary stat is NOT worth the tradeoffs for the gem abilities...
Good. We don't want to feel mandated to use it, and we DEFINITELY don't want to see it used in 10.1
Wait how do we know that? Surely it eventually upgrades and becomes viable.
Then you don't have to go out of your way to get it and upgrade it. Easy.
