I honestly really like this. Slaughterhouse is not as bad as people say it is. It's kind of overhated just because it's red and difficult. The intensity is really well made and it makes you feel fear and at the time it was made, the fact that this truly was a different beast when it came to difficulty. I think the extension was made quite well. They aren't the original creators so they can't just do the same style that easily. I think the extension works as a second drop. Second drops should be more intense to match high far you are into the level and the gameplay suits it very well, even the UFO. I think repetitive gameplay like that can work because it makes you feel like you have a slight simple break before the next part arrives. Slaughterhouse does this exceptionally well with its separating parts. The deco does drop off but I personally think it does a better job with intensity. Overall, this extension is amazingly well made and keeps the intensity of the original slaughterhouse.
Maybe it's normal, I think it's very difficult to imitate the decoration of Slaughterhouse, even if you use the button to copy objects it will look strange

Serious explanation though: While verification is required to upload levels still, levels are still allowed to be back uploaded to the servers. The developer doesn't care and it's mainly done for impossible levels, remakes or really difficult levels that arent meant to be beat or at least not be the creator. No one would actually want to beat this so they just uploaded it using hacks.
Rename the level, spice the deco for the first part, and you got the next top 5 or 1 (If you're mentally ill enough to buff this), this is the simple way to put it, it's millions of times harder than it sounds
