Yes, I use oil base purple, only the tip of a toothpick & it turns a bright white as in this video.

Yes. Place it in the fridge. Heavy whipping cream holds its shape well when chilled

Yes but don't whisk it for too long as it might split it.

Can I substitute heavy cream with something else??
Sure. Pretty much any liquid will do. I'd maybe cut down the amount a bit (heavy cream is only 70% water after all.) It'll just be slightly less luxurious then.

Pretty much, yeah. Add the cookies after you've whipped it though, or you'll get a sad grey powdery mess.
Did u added anything for such white finish at end ?? Which cake sponge will go best with this filling??
The tiniest bit of oil based purple or blue food dye will get the white (tiny as in, just dip the end of a toothpick in). Idk about type of cake though

Can I use it for the base for fondant ?
No, it's for piping because there's 3 time more chocolate than cream, for fondant try a 1/1 ratio or even 2/1

Can we add lemon juice to this while whisking for a lemon based flavour?
Might cause it to break. Cut down the amount of liquid beforehand, so you don't throw the amounts off. I'd use lemon zest myself.
All her recipes don’t have measurements on it. You can just guess. But according to most baker, it’s 3 part white chocolate to 1 part heavy cream

Too much cream? Try 45-60 ml of heavy cream with 12 oz. of chocolate
