As you are a fan of Michael Heiser's work, I wonder if you have read his fictional work that being the facade and the portent? If you haven't read them I totally recommend it for this subject. Dr Heiser did a fantastic job of tying the UFO community in with the Hebrew Bible plus other thoughts from world war II styled thinking. There's a lot that he threw into that work that I think would contribute to this subject. If you haven't read it I totally recommend it! God bless.❤

Totally wrong, they had a perfect idea of what cosmology was like, they were more closed to God and perfection, they spoke directly with God, or they should know better. It is a hard surface in the sky that retains water. That's what Genesis says and those waters were the ones that flooded the earth in the time of Noah. The throne of God is right above us!

I think where almost everyone goes wrong with Ezekiel is he didn’t not see these things in the flesh or real life.
It was a vision.
Look at Daniel and John’s Revelation. They all saw weird and strange things, but they were all symbolic and not actually representative of what the thing it symbolized looks like.
Always keep in mind these things are visions and not literal
I like that Matthew Halsted was willing to address that the modern view of cosmology doesn't match the bible. A serious question Christians should ask themselves is why do we believe science and not the bible? Could God not relay scientifically accurate cosmology to His people? In before "The bible isn't a scientific book", "Genesis was a form of poetic language", etc. God's word describes a different cosmology than we are taught by academia -- full stop. Address it. The truth is you are programmed by the world, just like I was. You've ran into biblical ideas that address the wisdom of man -- how do you respond? Are you humble enough to say that maybe your understanding could be flawed or is NASA the source of truth?

God spoke through certain people and specific times and was not interested in advancing their cosmology or scientific method to display his message of truth. 2000 years from now our cosmology will be just as outdated as theirs was. But God‘s truth will still stand and shine through. I think you would benefit from understanding the Bible series. The first rule is approaching the Bible on its own terms. This is not a text that fell out of the sky. Inspiration is God speaking through specific people at specific times to communicate truth,
… through their writings to their audiences within that specific historical context. As John Walton says, the Bible was not written to you, it was written for you🔔
That distinction is very important. NASA is not our source of truth.
The Scriptures, the Spirit, And creation itself bears witness and is our source of truth about our Father.
You have to approach the Bible on its own terms or you are an extreme danger of making it say something it was not designed to say✅❤️🔔
Bingo! You nailed it! As soon as my friend (who has masters degree in biology/genetics) asked me " have you heard of flat earth?" And then using scripture showed me what biblical cosmology looked like I knew it was truth! My heart burned within me! I already believed in the creation account of Genesis, however this sealed up all the unanswered questions I had for years! I never thought the earth was spinning because since childhood I watched the sun & moon race across the sky just as the Bible says!! Anyways, I could go on and on about everything I've learned but suffice it to say Biblical cosmology is Truth! It is Hope! And it is Joy in Jesus!

My only issue with this episode is that everything was going great till he mentioned the firmament. And then he proceeds to stumble and backtrack and claim that the Bible is wrong about the firmament (all while wearing a NASA hat, which don't get me started). And completely ignores that the Bible is very specific about the layers earth and the 4 heavens. And when mentioned in Revelations, when the Firmament is lifted it will be lifted like a scroll all eyes will see God's throne. Sorry folks, but you can't lift like a scroll on the globe model. So either the globe model is correct, and the Bible is false, or the Bible is correct, and...well yeah. I hate to break it to you all, but the Masons (Galileo Newton, etc.) orchestrated the biggest lie ever conceived and government and space programs in conjunction with these low case g elohim are hiding all evidence of it to confuse the modern day church.
Then he says that in Ezekiel the chariots/angels don't look like UAP. Oh yeah, the "gleaming metal", "midst of the fire", and the "eyes" don't do it for you? If you know the Hebrew translations of eyes, they are translated to stars or gems that gleam. I would argue that the chariots of the elohims look exactly like them.
I wholeheartedly agree with you. NASA hat caught my eye as well - NASA is a total crock of bs. Science as we have been taught is a lie - all made up to keep us from the truth. The same people that believe the earth is a fast-spinning globe have their hearts anchored to science and not the bible. Joshua commanded the sun & moon to stand still because they were moving, not the earth. The earth is on immovable pillars. Even Hillary Clinton commented on the missile attempts to crack the dome. The bible is very clear on everything. People need to get away from Masonic ideologies.
One day I believe that Joe Rogan could be a very strong advocate for Christ and or evangelist.

@@ringthembells143 It's obvious in several of his podcasts that the seeds have been planted and he is curiously searching and open minded. He may actually be a believer but not yet a committed believer without realizing it.
A lot of these celebs are going to promote the new age religion version of Christianity.

@@jenid8133 Although to some degree that may be true I don't believe it to be the case with Joe Rogan. Joe is a deep thinker, and when considering the type of questions he asks and then his responses down to facial expressions you can see it's important to him not to fall into the many potholes of deception but is narrowing it down to TRUTH and not bs. Joe has a lifetime of martial arts involvement and has avoided being sucked into Eastern religious ideology so I would say he is on the right path, maybe even more so than many that fill up the Western world's churches. Maybe try looking through the lens of Christ before the doubts of dark spirits would be helpful for you and certainly promote a healthier worldview and love for others.
Firstly, God doesn't do magic tricks, secondly your guest doesn't know what he is talking about. God uses scientific principles that are beyond our understanding.
Biblically, Ignorance seems to be only assigned to people without manners that don’t love their neighbors as themselves. My guest has that in Spades✅ You on the other hand 👎🏼

I am sorry but you are the one who doesn't know what they are talking about. The Bible is NOT a scientific book, it wasn't written to be scientifically tested the intention was theological messaging. However there might be some scientific information or facts but still the intention wasn't to communicate science.
@@ringthembells143not sure why you’re mad, I like upper videos, but this commenter is correct. There is a firmament, the prophets of the Bible are freaking directly with God your guest is not. NASA is not a good honest organization and never to be believed. we must take the Bible at face value and then sell understanding from there. God is the creator of everything and every annuity we have to think and reason. So if the Bible says it then it is truth.

Is the communication trying to say this alien discussion is really about it being about demons or the earthbound spiritual beings? Is that what the crossover is? @@ringthembells143 I struggle to follow your guest, but absolutely love Dr. Heiser's words. Always to the point, simple and straight. It always makes perfect sense. I thought this was going to shed light on the alien/spirit debate. I had it in my head that it is either one or the other. But I got from this video that it is NOT either or... And it doesn't change the Bible either way. If it's aliens, so what. If it's demons, steer clear. John 10:16 says, "...And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also... I guess He could mean other peoples but, it doesn't matter and it doesn't change a thing. Thank you SO MUCH for putting this together and all the others you do! Your work is an inspiration and a reminder we all have a duty to share. I thank you for helping me have words to share.

Sorry we’ve not bought into that storyline🔔❤️✅-- sidenote, I don’t trust the government and I know NASA is associated with the government so I’m sure there’s some deception involved. But also for those who love space and the idea of space exploration NASA is kind of in the mix one way or the other. So I wouldn’t get too suspicious of MATT or the channel for a hat. I’d listen to the message and if the message rings true then just forget about the hat. Nothing but love!

Think about it. Candace, Russel, Shapiro, even Paul and Garcia now. Secular people have no real merit. Why feature them?
They are used to spread the message to an unbelieving crowd. It's the technique of tickling their ear towards Jesus. It's a starting point.
Some people simply won't even come to the table, if ur talking about the righteous lifestyle, going in depth on the weightier matters of Spirit.
But a lot of them Will come to the table for space aliens. So we use that as a step off point for getting them to see their need for salvation.
Something like, the watchers came down, "took wives", had hybrid offspring. Now UFO aliens come down, kidnap people, and run a medical hybridization program.
The watchers were condemned for it, and can't get saved due to genetics. Now, UFO aliens seem to be trying to mix us into themselves to modify themselves more similar to us, for some reason....
The lake of fire is a real threat looming over the heads of both humans and angels alike. They have NO way out of it, so they are trying to force one into existence, which will fail. But we humans were given the only way out of our due punishment, and that was the man, Christ Jesus!!!
He gave his life in sacrifice, that His human blood would pay for all human sin, so that we humans can live with Him eternally, in the paradise of new heaven and earth.

Carlson is very new at even being a Christian. He's dabbling in areas without any real knowledge on the matter, except to trust those that are deceiving him. Granted, God can use anyone to get a message across, but we have to be careful who we trust and always reference the bible.
