Van Horn is the best if you are an outlaw. Has a bar with blackjack, a fence with a decent amount of goods, a room and bath, and no law to come after you. Even has free beer in one of the buildings. Perfection
I would give Annesburg a 1/10 simply because of it's proximity to camp when you're in Chapter 6 and the fact it has a gunsmith. Otherwise, yeah, it is a *miserable* place
I think Valentine is overrated it gets you and your horse dirty constantly and Saint Denis it feels do cluttered that it's difficult to not run over npcs
The whole game is better when you do something in each of the towns, like ive designated strawberry to my murder town, conisderimg the shop keeps has a moonshine op

Black water would be infinitely better if they made the town bigger and not a total of three roads, a bar, and general store
