If you evaluate the assembly for interference you find that the parts overlap. Therefore the more sections you use in the assembly, the more out of square it will be when welded. At 7:28 you can see that all of your parts are fixed, if you float the parts and remate them with a realistic none interference you no longer have a 90 degree elbow. Could be to do with the split feature adding material for the flat pattern, I'm not sure as this is the first time I've used this feature.

Retired over 10 years but still learning... thx for the clear explanations.
I prefer to use equal angles to avoid non symmetrical parts.

Rafou G For Real view you need professional graphics card in your system like Nvidia Quadro series or AMD firepro Series. other cards will not support real views.

how to do this if the A diameter is different of the B diameter of the circle? Always get a non-linear edge error.
Ex Straight Tube 30mm to 60mm (cone shaped)

    I have a doubt...???
At first the thickness was 8mm
When converting to sheet metal u have given the radius as 5mm...
For a 8mm thickness material sheet metal...
The inner radius must also be same as the thickness na...
If not... will it not create problems in bending or rolling...
    Kindly explain...
