- It has always been a huge challenge to find Gluten free options in Disneyland Paris but i've managed to find the sneaky hidden treats that help to make me feel a bit more normal when I visit the parks.

DISNEYLAND PARIS - Bring a packed Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner because we basically don't care.

There is rainforest cafe that does gluten free in the village as well as some options at Annette’s

Definitely! It’s always better to bring your own and be pleasantly surprised by the odd thing you can have here and there. I will say that if you get to Last Chance Cafe before 6pm, it’s great! My newest video shows us eating here (how much can you do in DLP in 1 day: part 1) and it was 10/10! Also the chocolate meringue from the same place you get the marshmallows and macarons was lovely!
Hi, I'm really hoping to one day visit Disneyland Paris but I am gluten free and dairy free and worried about what I can eat. I want to take my own snacks but unsure how this works with the rules in place of what foods you can take to Europe 🤔

Thank you for filming, it’s such a shame that DLP is so appalling for coeliacs and other allergens but their sister company Disney World Orlando is so brilliant - you can go into any quick service restaurant and have a really good safe meal but DLP is so terrible, why is there no synergy with the Disney sites? I love going to Orlando and not feeling I am a bother, I felt valued as a customer but at DLP Cowboy cookout I was told if we put an allergen alert on your meal (I asked if they could just change gloves and clean serving utensils) I was told it would be treated as a modification and they do not do modifications and the chefs would refuse to serve me and I would only be sold the microwave meals! Great post
Thanks so much Jane. I agree wholeheartedly! The fact DLP is so restricted today and has been since I was a young girl is astonishing. When we went to WDW I felt so normal, so welcome and I ate SO much - all the foods i've never been able to have like churros and fried chicken! It was incredible. I'd love to see DLP do better!

Good question! In the Walt Disney Studios park I think they currently have a temporary food booth outside Ratatouille which has chocolate covered fruit, which may include apples! I personally haven't checked with them if they are gluten free but that would be your best bet!
