As a Coloured Male from PAARL in the Western Cape... during all my yrs in the ANC 🇿🇦, I just have the GREATEST RESPECT for Gogo AUBREY MATSHIQI and his ANALYSIS of political issues in our political landscape. He is indeed the EPITOME of REMARKABLE INSIGHT, RESILIENCE and an UTMOST RESPECT and DEDICATION to his Country and Countrymen and women. He will never talk ill of ex-Leaders of the Struggle Revolution, but always have his TRUTHFUL diagnosis and Analysis of how to treat such.

Former President Jacob Zuma is not an academic politician but a practical example of a life that was dedicated to the politics of the country. Politics is his bread and butter. He cannot be underestimated . His rise this time was because of the vacuum that he noticed. He said he is old but there is no young person who rises with enough power to challenge the ANC . That is is all that resurrected him from his sickbed

The same could be said about those who love Zuma. More often than not they ignore all reason and logic. It amazes me that people forget that Cyril Ramaphosa had left politics and was brought back into the fold by Jacob Zuma. This wasn't done for the benefit of the organization or the people of South Africa, but its sole purpose was to prop up Zuma's own ANC elective campaign. That decision led to the mess we are in right now.

Ngeloxesha it has been the MK preaching discipline to its members, even when some in the ANC have been provocative.
There are very cool heads in MK and an awareness of the lay of the land, and of the need to not play “their” game.
You are right Sizwe about the desperation in the ANC’s actions Sunday night, as well as blocking Zuma from the airways.

@@sdonagmac2293 My point was - in deciding who to vote for , if an individual is focussed on, vs the team around them ( from any party ) and they subsequently came to power then it is an unhappy situation for all citizens as the competence needed to govern properly and cleanly may not be there so the team should be assessed , as one would do if investing in a company. Great leaders prime function is to identify and appoint the best team members to implement the strategy. In my view a ' win' is the most ethical and competent team as that is a win for all.

Gogo Mashiqa has changed his tone about Zuma and MK. The way he spoken last time was putting it as a disgrace, but now he changed and praise the brilliance of Zuma. I am shocked😂😂😂
