Hi small world, the Mrs and I met in 1960s I'm a mechanical engineer and can repair most things . Including cars and motorbikes love dogs Came from North London , living in market rasen. Area ,And yes have got your sticker on my car. area , married 58 Years. Great channel
Soak your chicken in that buttermilk & you’ll have the juiciest & moistest chicken ever! I love your churned. What a beautiful piece of retro kitchen kit ❤️
I grew up in a farm town village and we used to do our own cheese, bread, butter, clotted, cream, and yoghurt and many more it’s just reminded me those days. Well it was middle of 90s or something like that. Even though my mum still making her own yoghurt home-made love them.
Brilliant again please can you say happy anniversary to my sister and brother in law Angela and Gary Jamieson. 2nd august We all watch all your vlogs and have been watching for ages now it will make there day 😘😘
Awww! Frank is just like a little mini Martin. Love those vintage kitchen tools. We've done the shake method to make butter before, but since being on carnivore I can't do it.
Loved this. I’m going to give it a go. Could we see how Sharon makes her piccalilli please I saw it in December when she gave it to Tracey for Christmas it looked great! You said you would do it in the New Year and I’ve really been looking forward to it! No pressure. Thanks Martin Love little Frankie so adorable 🥰 Bernice
I would have turned the handle the other way too Sharon. Where have those muscles come from Martin? Not just from butter making. Swimming every day Sharon - well done.
Crumbs I remember them and the flask to keep it in when it’s made crumbs you will be popeye . Well done looks good . I am sure a little tiny treat should be ok it’s. It everyday Martin .
You have reminded me how easy it is to make. I will have to get the handwhisk out, im sure it says on the packet butter how much salt per 100g is in it. Weigh your butter when it's made and add the required amount. Also, try using different creams, like jersey or from your local farm shop. You will see a difference in the colour then. I think it is to do with how much fat is in the cream. More fat darker cream, so butter would be the same, I imagine.
I love Butter, would never thought of making my own till seen this video, has got me rather intrigued maybe one day I will, really interesting thank you for sharing this video ❤😊
Hi Martin and Sharon looks massive id love to make my own butter use all looked amazing at Charlie's christening happy Friday love from Dublin Ireland Barbara ❤
Yeah, Revel Day is back. Butlers butter. I love butter, too much really. I keep saying I will have a go making it. You have both inspired me to give it a go. Lovely baby Frank bless him. Thank you both.
Hi guys just watched ut butter vlog. I made butter a few years back but you two made it look so much fun, you do make me laugh guys especially with the music when Martin is testing the food lol x.
I remember my nan in Ireland making butter from the cows on her farm brings back memories. Can't believe how Frank has grown. Charlotte looked lovely at Charlie's christening she will make a beautiful bride xx
Hi ALL, the first time I made butter was at a heritage weekend. It was so much fun . I've made dpbutter in my mixer ,AND I made scones with the butter milk .Take care and all the best. 😊😊😊👍👍👍👍
Hi Shaz and Martin. Im having a go at making butter this week, as the price has gone up, so want to see if it turns out cheaper, via the amount you get. x
Fab video. You got arm aches after? Dear little Frank...his shyness is adorable Nanny...a new hint turn toast upside down some to eat so topping on tongue...bit hard with baked beans but taste is better.
Love your posts but you’d be better just shaking the cream in the jar with lid on. Fun if you do it in time to music. I’m in stitches watching yiu churn. Do you remember when we got nestles cream back in the day? My dad used to shake it so hard it ALWAYS turned into butter so no cream for the trifle. 🤣🤣
My dad as a boy worked in a bakers and had to pat the butter into shape… he was delivering bread one day on the bakers bike when a bomb went off and he ended up blown into a field… (WW2)
A new brand of butter ( Martin Butter) 😀 I made butter by mistake one day, I for got I left the mixer on while making some whipped cream 🙈 the butter was very nice, but not with my Victoria sponge 😂 xx
That butter looks lovely, just interested in price of cream to how much butter you get 🤔 You have valuable piece of retro there Martin, beautifully restored, $376.00 on eBay in Australia ❤️
Very good. What is the cost of the double cream you used? Is it worth buying the cream and making your own, or cheaper to buy it as butter already made? In the US a pint of heavy cream is $3.78 and a pound of butter is $3.98. I don't think I'd make my own. It didn't look like you got a pound of butter. Glad your's turned out so well. Hope you enjoy it when cooking your eggs Martin. Sharon, enjoy on your toast. 😀
Hi ,love watching you both and your family.bought recently a ninja air fryer and on watching you both just bought the induction double plate that you have, after watching you use it as I'm struggling with my bills .think it's going to help me so much I will let you know how I get on.think you are a lovely couple.
Is it better than the butter you can buy in the supermarket? I’ve never had home made butter. We always have butter though and would never eat margarine. Great video. X
I was just saying to Sam when you were outside cooking I hadn’t heard the it’s not my fault for a while. You read my mind. How would you store the butter do you just take out the fridge what you need for the day as I always find butter too hard otherwise. Thank you for your content and I look forward to seeing you at the meet and greet 😘 xx
I make butter every 2 weeks.. I put it in an old jar and just shake until the butter is made .. very easy and fresh 🌸

Love you both great great couple.

I am so proud of Martin. He didn't have to be held up ❤
Lol 😆
Love a lot of butter. If you don’t get teeth marks in your butter, there’s not enough on the bread. Must give this a go. ❤
I live in Jersey and I use Jersey double cream, it's absolutely delicious and the colour is yellow
You need to change the name of the channel now. The Butlers Butter Empire 😂😂
Hi Sharron and Martin loved watching that it was brilliant and nice to see frank
That was really good to watch that turn to butter, baby Frank is camera shy bless him, hey you could call it, M and S butter.😊
That did look so easy. Shame I don’t eat butter. By Frank is growing so quickly. Love watching you two together. Thanks as always take care.
Sharon I put the salt in at the beginning before churning xx
I put the salt in at the beginning it blends it in better
I made quite a bit of butter during COVID, could often manage to buy cream when you couldn't get any butter in the shops.
I’m lazy, is butter available at the shops? Aussie Bob ❤❤❤
Nice one Martin and Sharon i can remember it well when you restored that 👍👍👍👍
Fab vid, the excess butter milk i have seen used in scones 😊 keep up the good work.
Iv just got to the bit where you said you might give to charlottw for scones 😂 Great minds 😉

That is what we did in the 1950's with our mum.
Stand mixer with whisk attachment easy butter
Wow ive got to try that guys thankyou .
Great idea xxx
You can just put the cream in a big jar and keep shaking it takes longer but we used to do it when camping many many years ago
My dad as a boy worked in a bakers and had to pat the butter into shape… he was delivering bread one day on the bakers bike when a bomb went off and he ended up blown into a field… (WW2)
Wow
Need to rinse in cold watet till all the buttermilk is removed, otherwise the butter will quickly go mouldy on you.
we did.
My mum's favourite rock salmon or sometimes called rock eel where I come from xxx
You must try black county butter from lidl it has added Seasalt its in a black wrapper yummy xx
I Lactose intolerant yet I don't have a problem with pure butter from watching you .
I use my stand mixer to make mine x
Love Martins t-shirt
Salt is the preservative.I like unsalted as well.
Bread & buttter. Mmmmmm. ❤❤❤. Aussie Bob 😊😊😊

Just a lovely butter. loved this, blessings to you both. xx
Yummy soilders to have with boiled eggs x
you can buy a Kilner butter churner which is same principal as the one you have, A bit pricy though.
Amazon have butter churns for about £25
Put a tea towel under jar
Think you wash it in cold water then dry then add salt
yummy get on my toast wi home made strawberry jam 😋
Loved the vlog Thankyou. How much was the cream compared to a pack of butter, just wondered ?
Does it work out any better money wise? Cost of the cream vs cost of the butter made? Thank you Fay

Make an adapter so you can use a drill.
Take the handle off and use a drill!💪👌🤣🤣
Look for butter pats in antique shops or charity shops
Enjoyed watching you name your Martin butter 😊
😁
