I have been to the emergency room where my medical problem was above the waist, yet they said here is a gown… get undressed and put this on! And the opposite where my problem was below the waist, and they said here’s a gown get undressed and put this on. To which I said no I’m keeping my blouse on… or no I’m keeping my slacks on. The difference is, I’m 72 years old now. I have learned to speak up for myself. If I was in my 20s or 30s and they told me to get undressed and put a gown on I probably would have.

In the podiatrists report they referred to me as 'he'. I don't look like a dude. When I questioned that they said it was a mistake because they are busy. I told them that was crap and they went feral on me and told me to find another podiatrist. Sheesh!

He's had female patients who've attempted to turn exams into adult playdates in the past, and he's not having any of it. He loves his career and his family too much to risk having a single patient ruin it for him.

Generally Civil Action comes after the criminal trial, that way if the suspect is Found guilty in a criminal case, it makes it 100% easier to win a Civil law suit. What I’m trying to understand is how the host is asking the guest about potential defenses when all he knows is the general allegations of what the doctor is alleged to have done. People must really think lawyers are some type of magical to think they are able to know what defenses could be raised when they have nothing fact specific to go on. What I’m trying to understand is how the host is asking the guest about potential defenses when all he knows is the general allegations of what the doctor is alleged to have done. People must really think lawyers are some type of magical to think they are able to know what defenses could be raised when they have nothing fact specific to go on. I applaud the guest for trying because I would not have tried. That’s probably why I would never be on one of these shows.
Though imo he would’ve been on unpaid leave I can’t say the clinic isn’t taking necessary precautions. At the moment, he’s not in the room alone with patients and his photo and info is posted for the public to see.
