Diameter: 41.9 millimetres; height: 10,9 millimetres on a hand-stitched alligator leather strap in medium brown with solid gold pin buckle.

Lange manufacture calibre L141.1, manually wound, crafted to the most exacting Lange quality standards, decorated and assembled by hand; precision-adjusted in five positions; plates and bridges made of untreated German silver; balance and intermediate-wheel cocks engraved by hand. 448 movement parts, 38 jewels and 3 screwed gold chatons. 72h power reserve when fully wound.

Home time and second time zone, each with a ring-shaped day/night indicator; subsidiary seconds with stop seconds; city ring for adjustment of the second time zone with daylight saving time display; outsize date for home time; UP/DOWN power-reserve indicator

Shock-resistant screw balance; superior-quality balance spring manufactured in-house, frequency 21,600 semi- oscillations per hour; precision beat-adjustment system with lateral setscrew and whiplash spring

Crown for winding the watch and setting the time; one pusher each for correcting the outsize date and setting the second time zone

This might sound funny, I'd be proud in being German just cause A. Lange & Söhne is German LOL. Fact is, the perfection A. Lange bring to every watch made is absolutely undeniable!
Honestly, this might now be the best world timer out there. I used to prefer Patek’s, but the new movement and functions are so practical, wow!
That's what we mean when we say "A beautiful Timepiece". True craftsmanship. I would never be able to call such a thing as a watch.
Lange has the best movement finishing in the business, period
Greubel is better, but only because they spend a year making each watch. Lange is def. Up there though.
@@misteratoz Lange is one of our clients and even Harry Winston quartz watches put them to shame when it comes to finishing. Lange is great but people really do spread the dumbest ideas about them.

I love when I get to see a watch that I would never otherwise get to see. Seriously dazzling watch. I'll never own one. I could never afford it and I don't need it. It's still very cool seeing these watches and how they function. The ability to set both times at once is ingenious. Thanks for another great video.

Great video, a pleasure to watch (and listen to). The original Lange 1 Zeitzone is one of my favorite watches from ALS, so great to see this being refreshed with meaningful updates. Can't wait to see the watch in the metal in the coming days here at my local ALS boutique. Tolle Videopräsentation, ALS macht es richtig, dir die Uhr zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Videovorstellung mit Anthony (auch wenn ich ihn reden hören mag) auf dem ALS Kanal ist nicht halb so gut - und nicht mal in 4k. ;)

Amazing timepiece
Watched this with sound off yesterday and almost thought it was going to have a programming wheel for daylight saving or something (set them on/off independently, represented in the triangle). That would have been absolutely wild. Couldn't wrap my head around how that would be mechanically possible, and so I guess watching with sound now it's not surprising that's not what it was. Still a thoughtful thing though, the triangle indicator.
