Carlos Miguel In season 3 rod reiss’s titan was dragging his face on the ground whilst he crawled toward the wall. So basically the flesh off his face was scraping the ground and when he stood up, all the organs and stuff from his face just spilled out on to the wall. You can see a video of it.

The reason why Rod crawls? Historia broke Rod's back, so that has to have some sort of impact on the Titan, or possibly, like Dina's smiling face, Rod's back was disfigured. Another reason for Rod's back is that his legs and arms weren't the right size (either from being deformed, or that the place he transformed in (the blue, now _destroyed_ cave) was too tight to hold him, and it squeezed his sorry arms and legs)

Well, because either:
1. His pure titan form was skeletal so his titan form is based on its previous form, or...
2. Colossal Titans can emit steam at their will, decreasing their muscle mass as a result (or whatever that is). Bertholdt used this ability, so his titan was basically almost bones.

To be fair the show makes it pretty obvious considering he's the only one named Zeke, he looks just like the father but blond, and they talk about making him join the core of 9 titans. Is it really a spoiler at that point? As soon as I saw his human form I was like, aye that looks just like Erin's dad. Then when they showed the picture Zeke as a kid I was like, oh they said his name is Zeke and that's what they called the beast titan. I feel like it wasn't very subtle.
