    What a shot! Love your explanation of sharpening that's a great way to think about how it'll affect grainy images

    Great Video buddy 👍 Maybe you can do a series where viewers can send you their photos and you react to them. Beginning and intermediate editors may be able to find a style to focus on if they like some of the examples others submit.

      I have definitely done this in the past and it's super fun to do. It has been a while so this is a good reminder =) It's just a ton of work to get all the submissions and edit them all haha but I will definitely do this soon!

      @@TheCarCreative you dont need to edit them just ask for finished photos. Just rate them and tell them editors what they could do to get a better result 🙂

    Hey is there any major difference between lightroom classic and classic for editing single photos? From what I can tell the main reason lrc is usually considered more proffesional is the ability to do batch editing, but are there any differences between the two for editing singular pictures? I personally use lightroom and am wondering if its worth it to switch, thanks! Keep up the content!

    Great video! Can you make another video on how to edit night time photography shots? Every time I try to edit it, the noise kills it, and/or sometimes it shows this weird green haze or something. It could be my camera sensor(using a galaxy s23 ultra for reference), but nontheless, i think many people may benefit from another one! 😃

    Love it, it’s awesome. I see/hear contrasting comments about using DENOISE. Some say before any edits some say after, does changing when/if you denoise make much difference?

    • @TheCarCreative
      @TheCarCreative  2 місяці тому +1

      That's a great question, if I'm being honest I don't know as I tend to do it after as it creates a really large file but I'm not sure how doing it before or after would have impact on final export.

    • @loferski
      @loferski 2 місяці тому +1

      I utilize it as a final step. If you do it first, any lighting adjustments thereafter may make noise more apparent. Most Lightroom workflow is intended to be done from top to bottom on the panel. If Adobe wanted it to be first, they would have put the option at the top of the panel imo.

      @@loferski Thanks for the comment, hmm yeah I can see your logic and reasoning there, and I guess if it was an experiment or receipt that is the step you take in order or workflow.
      I appreciate your view and comment. Cheers

    There's a bit of mystery with the amount of time that the AI Denoise uses to process. I see it estimated 35 seconds for yours. Mine is usually 15 seconds most days but randomly switches to 2 minutes per photo on other days, then the next day it's back to 15 seconds. The past couple days it's been 10 seconds per photo. I initially thought it was related to longer processing of higher iso shots but that doesn't appear to be the case. I haven't been able to figure out why it changes so often and when it does switch to 2 minutes it really slows down the workflow.

  • @gtabobo07744

    How do you use the single section edit in presets?

    • @TheCarCreative
      @TheCarCreative  2 місяці тому +1

      I built my presets to be used that way. They are not like your average presets, but you can stack the options you want. Exposures, color, curves, sharpening, and filters can all be put on separately.
