I have always wanted to visit Ireland. This is great! However, being disabled, Ireland is just a wonderful dream. My parents went there a couple of times, and I would love to have a chance to go someday - land of my ancestors. Thank you for such an informative video. Although I know there are so many more wonderful things about Ireland not mentioned.
Ronda Mullins Ronda let nothing stop you from going trust me. we live temporarily now in Florida, but I'm from Scotland, Mums from Tipperary and her whole family is still in Ireland. and dad's english, ugh lol, but he's now wheelchair confined however we're all going back over next year to visit family and travel around again. Dad included bc its not at all a problem to do everything you want to do. Everyone there will MORE than take care of your needs as a visitor. Honestly that's how nice the ppl are there. Scotland as well. So, I hope you will make plans to get there and again you will be more than taken care of by the Irish!!!
We have uploaded many videos from the most remote regions of County Donegal, the places the tourists do not normally get to see. We normally upload 3-4 videos each month as we explore the rugged beauty of this fabulous county and find remote camping spots to spend the night out under the stars...or under the wind, snow, hail, sleet or whatever the weather throws at us. Have a look and see what you think. We would really appreciate if you also decided to subscribe to our channel to show us some support and encourage us to make more videos for your enjoyment.
Westport County Mayo pretty town and a great base for hill walking, island hopping, mountain climbing, fishing trips, great western greenway (45k cycleway), horse riding on the beach, exploring castles stately homes, numerous restaurants etc
Bunny Hill thank u bunny and we'd all talk the arse off a pot,but you'll never meet a more genuine bunch,we'd bend over backwards to help anyone, that's the celts for you.😉
flip inheck cork has a population of over 190000, limerick has only 90000 which actually makes it the 4th largest population after dun Laoghaire which has 185000.
Swimming with Fungi was a special experience for me. I absolutely love Dingle. If Fungi has passed, I find that very sad. He was remarkable and so trusting.
Just to also add, it is a myth, to put it mildly, that waterford is ireland's oldest city. Fact is, Dublin, which was established by the vikings in 841, is ireland's oldest city. Sorry waterford!!!
It's Ireland's oldest city, and despite boasting a history of over 1,000 years, Waterford just keeps coming out with more surprises. Sorry just checked on Wikipedia and Waterford is definitely oldest City!!!
@@pauline8987 Get your facts right and don't be so naive as to believe that Wikipedia is a fountain of truth!!! The historical FACT is that Dublin was the first permanent settlement in Ireland to be established by the vikings and dates from 841. Waterford is a town that was established much later in 914. Facts are facts but it appears you prefer to believe in fiction.
Wateford is indeed Irelands oldest city, 914 vs 988 AD its likely dublin was a settlement before this but doesn't have the official records to verify the claim as the oldest city. However if the are looking for shite accents and heroin I recommend Dublin as its second to none in this regard. 😀
Not being Irish I always admire the gutsy performance if the Irish, work, sports, music, you name it, I love them . . . Ireland for ever !!
Thanks 😊
