Does this SSID have both 2.4 and 5GHZ ? How is roaming done on MT when moving with the client trough the office/house ? I usualy have problems that client stick to 1 AP even after i get realy near an second AP that has better signal.
You will probably have to change the signal strength of the main/first router so that it drops the signal faster for the device to connect to the 2nd router
In this instance, you'd create 2 configurations, one for 2.4 the other for 5ghz, then in provisioning set multiple rules to apply one configuration based upon availabile hardware of rtr.

Use access control tab in capsman, set minimum signal to be 120--72

Does it work on 5Ghz?
Yes, create cfg and provision rule for it based on the band (b/g/n - a/n/ac/ax)
and you need license lvl 4 for this stuff.
