Yes if she did a what i eat in a day im sure we would be so shocked. Every time she is on camera. Like all this woman does is eat ! She has to be over 400 lbs. She has gained about 70 to 100 lbs since she has been there. Now with her blood sugar in the 300s requires medical intervention immediately. She desperately needs insulin. And she never even considered getting travelers insurance for herself. She will go into a diabetic coma if she doesnt make some major changes. But even the drs there didn't think that a blood sugar that high wouldn't require meds. That part is fishy to me. Period. Maby they do not have the money to go to the dr. I have high blood pressure and i am bipolar. I make damb sure i get travelers insurance whereever i go. Period. But chantal thought she was moving into a palace and would never have to work agsin. She could just pass away in her sleep. This is serious. She will end up like life by jen if she keeps it up.

The second issue is the 316 blood sugar is an emergency. She needs to see a real doctor, not google MD. There is no way that a reputable doctor would see 316 bld sugar and not admit her into hospital and help her get control of this,diet and meds.
This is serious, very serious she could go into diabetic coma,lose limbs and die. Leaving it up to her to 'fix' is negligence on the doctor. I don't believe she saw a doctor.

Chantal NEEDS mental help FIRST!!! Her addiction comes from her mental state. Plus she was born a big baby so the fat cells were already in her from the beginning. For someone like her she'll need gastric bypass surgery. She still might fail but that's the only way she'll get at least 100 lbs off quickly. She loves food above all else. She's admitted it. I remember once she said she "loves food, it makes her so happy", we've witnessed it. Diabetes isn't enough to scare her straight. If uterus cancer cells, enlarged heart and fatty liver didn't set her on the road of good health diabetes sure won't.

When I was not in a great relationship I was constantly miserable however and always wanted to get drunk. Now, I rarely crave alcohol. What Chantal isn't telling us is that the doctor would have released her AMA - against medical advice.
'Cause with a blood sugar reading like that, she needed to be hospitalized.
Nor did the doctor refer her for consultation to a nutritionist/dietitian.
And then, there's Dr. Chantal Sarault. All she has to do is cut down on sugar which is the only friggen' carb in the entire universe.
Starchy foods like potatoes, bread made from refined grains such as white breads, snacks, sodas, sweetened drinks, rice, pasta, KETCHUP, are bad high carb foods that shouldn't be consumed or consumed on occassion.
However, there are high carb foods that a diabetic can eat which are complex carbs, like whole grains, sweet potatoes, beans, veggies etc.
I wonder what Chantal will do at the end of the month. Will she tell us how fantastic she is doing on her diet? Will it be a long winded melancholy speech of how she is struggling? Or maybe she will cure her diabetes. After all, she did once before.

Shes almost at coma level. An old friend of mine ..diabetic. her sugar was 385 and she was in the hospital almost a week and had a TEAM of several specialists looking after her....🤔😒
