Every year during the holiday season, I have made it a ritual to watch her Christmas Season, makes my heart warm every single time. ....I love her so much and so want to meet her in person. Words won't be enough to describe my love towards her and her work. ❤️
Whenever I watch Nigella's videos, it brings me back to watching it with my mom ever since I was 7; I'm 27 now, and it's part of my holiday ritual to watch her Christmas shows on repeat for the whole season. It brings me a lot of fond, fond memories of being at home, in Hong Kong, cooking up a storm and celebrating around the dining table. I have to say, though, no matter what time of year and the variety of cooking shows that I'm spoiled rotten with, I always go back to hers. I know that Thanksgiving just passed and Christmas is still a little over a month away, but the Christmas spirit is already seeping in, and I can't help but start my holiday cooking show ritual early with this episode!
I absolutely adore all of Nigella's videos all year round, but I especially love her Christmas video's as I am a Christmas freak! I looove everything about this time of year and she promotes and celebrates that so well!
I watch every part of this on UA-cam I can get my hands on every single Christmas. I graduated high school in 2006 so it does make me remember how much time has passed BUT it is an irreplaceable tradition in my household. Love you Nigella!!
I fully support adding ice to a Nigella Lychini. It is one, strong cocktail. The ice relaxes the harshness of the spirits. It took me 90 minutes to finish my first one. (Lightweight)
I watch Nigella every year at Christmas to get me in the mood to do all the cooking & baking I have to do (& old episodes of Julia Child's The French Chef that I used to watch with my grandmother). I realize it takes a team to create the mood in this show but it makes me strive for just a modicum of the festive calm she presents
Yeah it’s May, and I have an early doctors appointment at 8a.m. It’s worth missing sleep to watch the beautiful Nigella Lawson making Christmas goodies
I think my second favorite part is when she has a snack before bedtime. Her Christmas decor is charming and so festive. Happy birthday Jesus/Emanuel (God is with us)..for coming to earth to dwell with us and to save us from our sins. 🕊️

I make Nigella’s pie dough every year when I make certain pies. In my Lemon Pies I use Lemon Juice with a bit of Lime Juice but, I double the recipe so that I can make several pies at a time.
So glad I found nigellas vids,always loved her cooking and she explains things as she’s cooking. She’s not scared to get messy all part of fun in the kitchen . Deff gonna buy nigellas books looking forward getting back in the kitchen. My stomach is growling. I watched a sit com called the Royle family, Denise and Dave were cooking Christmas dinner for their parents and while Dave and Denise were chopping they were watching nigellas cooking show classic
I used to love listening to and watching Nigella back in the day. I've seen the episode a few times over the years and it's still amazing. Rarely can you feel, taste and be completely engrossed by an episode. Nigella is pure poetry,

Wow, I wasn't expecting to find a good vegetarian/vegan soup from Nigella, just watched for some Christmas nostalgia but might actually end up making her soup recipe. *Edit: I tried this simple soup and I can confirm it is delicious! Will be making it again.

They used to. These days it’s usually just suet, which is the only remnant of the old mincemeat with actual meat.
