I highly dislike zoos now. I think unless its for rehabilitation or can be as close to the natural habit and open room for them to be animals it should be illegal. Its sooooo sad.
Yup a lot of zoos suck and shouldn’t be open! The one we went to in the vlog though is a good one because they’ve saved many critically endangered species from extinction (which is why we went there to learn how they do it). They take in wild animals to breed them and rerelease back into the wild, or keep as a reserve in case their wild populations plummet. It’s not always an ideal situation but it’s helped a lot in conservation!
