Once a 'base' in a collection has been established, I feel that a fragrance collector has obvious routes to go down in order to 'enhance' their collection and take their fragrance game to the next level. Which perfume masterpieces do you think are affordable and not enough people know of?

Ombre Leather is the most beautiful fragrance I own. For me the leather calms down after an hour or so and becomes wrapped in sweet, alluring jasmine that lasts all day 😍
Edition Blanche will always be in my collection. What a fantastic fragrance that is
do you prefer it over the eau extreme?
I use edition blanche only in summer and eau extreme all year round, both perfect signature scents

First sniff of Antaeus - mature, sophisticated and high class gentleman. 10/10 with incredible performance. 2 sprays on a blotter made my whole room smell of it.

Incredible list! I have all of them except for toy boy and they are indeed masterpieces! Finally a list without the generic freshies or sweet amberwoods everyone's smelling.
I’m a new subscriber and new to fragrances, I got my Chanel Allure edition blanche when I was in uni long time ago. I love it so much and I only wear it for very special occasion... still have that same bottle from back then.
Agree with you regarding Terre d’Hermes, when it first came out, I hate it, but , very recently I tried it again and I love it

Toy boy is 10/10, I hated it at first but then i just wore it once and I got some bergamot notes and started loving it!
Absolutely worst fragrance ever created idk how anyone wants or appreciated smelling like shit and roses .no offense but its just you and this reviewer that like toy boy and he's prob.paid to say it is a master piece

@richardspurgeon8954 everything isn't for everyone but my lady Friend loved it other ladies did I smelled goid so everyone's nose is different depends on many factors body chemistry some scents I've smelled on someone else I didn't think it smelled good on me to each his own
I agree 100%. I hated it but kept going back because of the long lasting smell. A lil manly musk and toy boy hits good 😂

Just got Allure homme sport and I'm not impressed by the quality of the bottle but it smells nice. My next one is gisada ambassador.
Bois d’Argent from Dior’s private line is another great, classy and elegant iris fragrance that you gotta try.

Projekt black is a great layering scent. I love layering it with Cuba original. The combined scent is better (imo) than Luna Rossa black and miles better than black afgano. You can turn most scents black with Projekt Black. It's not great on its own but feels well rounded with many other frags
Good choices, brother. Although I wouldn't mark anything by Tom Ford as addordable, it's past the limit that most men put on a single fragrance, although it's on sale quite often so I'd say it's debatable.
I own Toy Boy (after your recommendation) and have to say that it's getting positive reponses and smells good even to me, despite having a weak sense of smell. It is definitely one of the more interesting fragrances and I'd recommend everyone to give it a try.
Is JPG le male le parfum usual for summer evenings? It’s not that hot or cold. I really enjoy the scent profile and got crazy reactions with it. I tried Armani Code parfum because it was “similar” on fragrantica. Not even close imo 😅 smells great though
Excellent video. I agree with you about Toy Boy. However, some of my favorite fragrances are unisex leaning. It’s a masculine frag that has just a touch of femininity. I do not typically like rose at all. But it’s beautiful in Toy Boy
I had Antaeus back in the mid 80s. It was a blockbuster.
Just a brief question: ware your thoughts on Nautica voyage? I couldn't find any opinion of yours concerning this fragrance. Completely agree: Moschino Toy Boy is fantastic! 🐻🌹🍐
love the edition blanche, but I find the bottle cap is much more loose/flimsy compared to other bottles
im still a beginner and i currently only own samples to really understand what i like but i feel like i might enjoy some of those fragrances listed here as i dont find conventional fragrances that appealing because i feel like they are overused in general and when i smell a relatively unconventionally good-smelling fragrance i find myself enjoying the smell more and also remembering the scent

The scent of Allure Homme is a beautiful lemon scent. A scent of a lemon merengue pie.

Hey Omar! Concerning creativity - I have an idea for your next "show me your collecting" video. I show you my collection(its not big tbh) and ask you 3 questions about it. For example: which one was my first/latest fragrance..? If you have 2 out of 3 right, I'll send you a bottle of a fragrance which was made and produced in my home country Austria (a fragrance you will probably never find in real life). If you are wrong you give away one fragrance of your collection (perfect way to get rid of fragrances you don't like to much ;)). In my fragrance journey I have seemed to expanded outward instead of forward. By that I mean that instead of making bolder choices within the categories I have made more categories.
To Office I added WFH
To Date night I added Casual Night Out
To Summer I added Winter
To Clubbing I added Outdoor
And versatile I split into weekday and weekend
My starter frags in these additional categories were:
WFH - Joop! Wow
Casual Night Out - Mercedes Club Black
Winter - Spicebomb Extreme
Outdoor - Mr. Burberry Indigo
Weekend - D&G The One Grey
Allure Edition Blanche. It smells so good that I suffer through the
infamous Chanel aldehydic headache.

I smelled privé and most wanted edp before, i think privé is a better scent overall, sweet and alluring, but most wanted edp is a little more versatile I think. It's not as sweet and more balanced
Toy Boy at first was too much but overtime it became a staple in my fragrance rotation. It is masculine yet floral. It last all day and smells like no other 😅

You will almost never find Chanel fragrances at a discount, unfortunately.

Antheus was fantastic when I was a university student - mid '80s, last century. Much water has flowed under the Tower Bridge since then. And Chemistry has evolved tremendously as well. Today, Antheus is out of competiton. Completely ! Even though it has been reformulated several times. Not worth mentioning any more !

Toy Boy. Polarizing. All I smell is synthetic rose. Try before you buy. Only certain guys could pull it off.

Rose for men tip: a cheapie but really good. Bois de Vetiver by Karl Lagerfeld.
I passed up on it. I got a scent strip in boots and I was underwhelmed. It's certainly better than the yuzu though

I love my Dior Homme Original but unfortunately even when I overspray I only get 5-6 hours longevity on my skin. The Intense version is better performing for me just not as powdery as the Original.

When I first got Toy Boy a couple of years ago I wasn't sure about it, that changed when I just let it come to me
It's what happens two hours later... after application, the musk comes to you in waves it is wonderful!

Tom Ford, Dior and Chanel are quite expensive compared to Moschino, D&G and Hermes. Certainly not that affordable for some.

Toy boy isn't pickle juice. It's also not a masterpiece. It's a bit fluttery and disjointed but a nice creative frag. I'd like a similar frag by Prada. It's too aquatic for me.

Aint no way you think ombre leather and chanel are “affordable”. People made chanel seem like it’s the absolute god of fragrances in the world but their kinda overpriced imo.
