    The comp you showed on Michael kor are over priced. Most will have that retail price on tag but they have to run sale all the time so people aren’t paying that much even brand new. For used one, these selling anywhere $40 to $70. So you should use sold comp for used . Im not sure why you show new inflated prices while your is used condition

      Hey thanks for watching. The retail and resell are different, of course. The video says retail prices. Everyone knows these are used it’s at a yard sale

      @@ComfyThriftnFlip I guess I usually watch other resallers and they all use sold comp so I was just surprised that you use inflated retail price ( I guess it makes the title sounds better) . As resellers, we all know that the retail price is useless, sold comp is what matters
