• How to use Cinnamon in...
There are many uses for cinnamon in the garden. It is an effective and safe anti-fungal treatment that is inexpensive and easy to use.
You’re my guardian angel. A Virgin to growing elephant ears, holy mother of grail, these plants are a magnet to fungus gnats.
As most folks know, they love to be wet, and are a breeding ground for nasty, corroded fungus.
These plants are expensive, and have lost my share to ignorance, too much love, overwatering, and pure natural fungus, and bugs, bugs, bugs, and more bugs.
I will place cinnamon on all my plants. Thank you
Thank you
Thank you
*Definitely worked* for rooting WOW IMPRESSIVE! I tried on maple tree cuttings 🌳💜
What did you root them in? Water or soil?
I recently had a bad case of blight on my tomatoes and it was taking over. I mixed up a batch of neem oil with soap and sprayed the plant then took cinnamon and shook it over the whole plant. Then shook it fairly thick over the dirt. As I watered it was absorbed into the plant. 2 weeks after initial treatment all the blight was gone. 😊
Thanks for sharing your experience 🥰
Thank you so much! I was hoping to find a video that would help me use up a large amount of cinnamon I have. I stumbled over your video and had no idea how beneficial it would be to my garden. Thank you so much for your effort in creating this video to help this struggling gardener. You were a blessing to me today! May His blessings return to you! :)
Thanks alot for your kind motivation 🥰
This keeps the squirrels and rats from eating my orchids, and my orchids seem to like it also. I just sprinkle it around the plants on the table the pots are on. It stays put even through many rains before having to add more applications. Glad I came across the video, didn't know about using it as a rooting hormone.
Beautiful video and very well explained each point.. now I will be using cinnamon in my garden too.
Thank you for this video..now I can use cinnamon in our plants to decrease or avoids mosquitoes and other bugs and to keep our seedling from growing.

Excellent information... Thought So far cinnamon as a medicinal value specially in cholesterol control. A small 🤏 quantity early in the morning with normal water or tea helps in reducing the high cholestrol level. Now good to know it's medicinal value for plants too... 👍🙏
Nice video thanks, subscribed!

Thanks and I am glad that u liked the video 🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@Lover_Naturistic can you use any type of organic cinnamon powder as an anti fungicide for my indoor or outdoor garden plants? Why I am asking is that it seems there are a few different types/ varieties of cinnamon such as; Cinnamomum zeylanicum (often referred to as true cinnamon, and has the most clean and desirable flavor); Cinnamomum loureirii (widely coveted as a premium Saigon cinnamon from Vietnam); Cinnamomum burmannii (the most common cinnamon in the grocery store); and Cinnamomum verum (also known as Ceylon cinnamon). As my local supermarket in the UK here only sells Ceylon cinnamon powder.
wow
Fantastic information thanks! A word of warning though, don't breathe cinnamon powder/spray in because it can act like asbestos in the lungs! The fibres are impossible to break down. So I think using a spoon to carefully transfer it is preferable to using a water spray mixture (you could breathe in the vapour). Does this also help hardwood cuttings do you know? Thanks I am going to try this :)
Yes it helps the plant to heal fast
Recently I moved to an apartment attached to the owner’s house and I ended up sort of adopting my landlord’s three animals, 2 cats 1 dog. The two cats love to jump around and in my plants😮🪴After watching your video I spread cinnamon over all of my plants. I’ll see if it keeps the cats away….only time will tell☺️ Do I add more cinnamon after every time it rains? If not, how often do I add more? Thanks for sharing your knowledge😁
Thank you for this video! very well explained
❤

Is it possibly to spray water with cinnamon to plants and at the same time sprinkle some to the soil?

Can I use cinnamon for celery root starter
You can
Is this all safe for plants on ground and including hibiscus?
Yes its a natural item
Hi is there any anti pest tips too?
There will be no pest on your plants if you spray cinnamon water once a day on them on daily basis.. Also to control mealy bugs ua-cam.com/video/2Thv3CV9Khc/v-deo.html pls check the link. Thank you!
@@Lover_Naturistic thankyou!!!
How often do I spray as a fertilizer and as a pesticide?
Once a week..if plants are not infested
should i spray this on tomato plants everyday including the tomatoes ? will it hurt anything ?
Twice a week.
Mushrooms have taken over the soil in my herb garden! Will cinnamon help get rid of the network that is under the surface of the soil?
completely removed the rake up leaves, twigs, grass cuttings and any other waste materials as soon as they appear in your garden. Mushroom survives on these organisms matters. Spray fungicide, or fungicide powder
@@Lover_Naturistic thank you very much.
Is it safe for pollinaters?
No
How much water in gram did you use with 0.5tsp cinnamon powder? Thanks.
250grams
Spray daily once or twice? Thank you
Depend on how much the infestation is. Spraying daily can damage the leaves-twice in a week if needed is ok.. but you can spray neem oil and cinnamon frequent.
@@Lover_Naturistic thank you. Sorry which is the thing you mean can spray only twice a week? As am refer to cinnamon but your reply at the end mention cinnamon can apply frequent so am confuse.. kindly help.. thank you so much..love all ur videos..
Oh I thought this comment is on my latest video, apologize.
Yes cinnamon you can spray everyday.
Would cinnamon essential oil also work?
No, only powder form and water
I need an urgent help mam..
I have got a couple of bamboo plants and had washed yesterday...cleaning it's roots and soaked in cinnamon powder which I made by grinding the cinnamon at home...
So it is still soaked in cinnamon powder water...should I change the water to filter water or use the cinnamon water
cinnamon encourages the root stem to produce more roots, while helping to prevent the fungus that causes damping-off disease.
@@Lover_Naturistic so should I keep using the cinnamon water till I replace with another set of water
Or
Should I change the cinnamon water to fresh water after dipping the plant for some hours
Pls reply mam
I need ur help for this question
..hope u don't ignore my question..pls
Better keep it to filter water too long in cinnamon water I wont advise you. Plants do well in filter water as well.
@@Lover_Naturistic thank u so much mam for ur reply.. ;)))
