Been there once for a small celebration and fell in love it’s my dream community, so quiet and just surreal. I would spend a lifetime saving just to own this home even if I could live there for a few years 😅 at least my child would enjoy it.

I rarely see a house in Jamaica where I like everything about it. Either I like the bedrooms, but not the kitchen or the bathrooms. This is truly a lovely house where everything about it is appealing. Beautiful landscaping in front also, and I love the back yard garden.
The outdoor space would be nice for entertaining.
The price is not bad at all.
I just saw that the house was no longer available.
This video has really promoted Draxhall Manor with so many views... the landscape is one of the biggest selling points and has inspired me to step up my landscape as well...

The agent was very professional in the delivery and the presentation of the package was great. Nice immaculately clean home. It comes as no surprise that the property is already sold!
what a beauty...all I am going to buy is some neutral colour curtains (not changing the one in the kitchen) some nicer shower curtains...remove that red flowers and put couch cushions that will match my curtains in the living room replace with a modern fixture.paint or change awning....and I am home forever....99.5% loving this....if anybody ever wake mi up out of this dream....be prepared 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

Hello, I had zero idea these were here, I spent a mid term holiday with the DEARs family with their son from KNOX back in the 1950s they produced COPRA, and lime juice, there were so many acres on DRAX HALL ESTATE, so when was all this done, I left JA 1n1959, but came home yearly to StANDREW, THANKS. Excellent presentation. Saw this house on a few realtor sites. I think its worth way more than its priced at least $45 mil. Its absolutely beautiful and well thought out features. Im right next door in the country club. Awesome place to call home
It looks beautiful but a lot of work.(not this particular house). Makes you want to give up. Buying a house for so much money then having a ton of problems. The walls cracking, pipe bursting in the walls on and on

Beautiful home and the backyard is awesome,. I never get how close those toilete are to the tubs. The master bedroom should have a standing and bath tub. Powderroom is needed for guest. But beautiful home

The place is nice and well maintained, nothing really extraordinary if you’re use to living this lifestyle. It reminds me of my parents home especially the overstuffed walk in closet. Standard bathrooms no jacuzzi’s. Love the high ceiling and bright floors in the kitchen, the open concept is also appealing. Would be great as a vacation home.

@@JonesMaureen My dearest, my parents left Jamaica in the late 60’s my mother cleaned hones for years and raised whites ppl’s children as a maid. My dad drove a cab as we all went to school. Life as ok for us kids we were poor but didn’t know it. My parents worked hard and invested in real estate. They were finally able to build their luxury home here in Canada , while running their business. My parents have been retired for a while, living in their gorgeous home. No need for me to lie about anything, I’m not profiting from it. This home is gorgeous but very average for me and many others, if you’re use to living this lifestyle it’s not a big deal. I travel to Jamaica every summer and love the places I have stayed. You should try it sometime.

This one is beautiful but the living room furniture is too masculine dark and bulky. No figurines please! . They are dust collectors and nic nocks. Why would someone pay for air-condition units that would be like paying for the lights. Once they are in they are part of the home. There should be no charged for them. I would prefer they take that big fridge out and leave the AC. It's spacious but the furniture over powering the space. On a scale of 1 to 10 I five it a 9 and 1/2 . The out side is lovely. I see me sitting there with my friends, just chatting. It's a lovely home minus the furniture.

Beautiful home. The only thing I don't like is the closet. It's too small for two of us. And I also worry about the neighbors when my family and friends come over for games or a party. Would do well as a vacation home though.
