One of my favourite aspects about the Nine Club is getting to watch and learn about skaters I'd normally not look up or have interest in. I've always seen footage of Dane Vaughn but honestly didn't know a personal thing about him. Similar to Marc Johnson saying he didn't know a thing about Jack Curtain but enjoying the episode and learning regardless. Always a treat to see a name I'm familiar with, but even more so one I'm not. Thanks Nine Club!

Down to the Maplewood Fobia homebase after they expanded from their OG University Ave location(my first real skateshop experience and Joe Fobia was super friendly as soon as my young 12yr old ass walked in with my mom!). I still rock my mint condition Fobia fleece jacket and Fobia beanie a few times a year. Currently looking at the Fobia Rolling Stones tongue sticker that Todd Bratrud designed that I have on my fridge. .....next to my 3rd Lair I.D. card from the Lake Street days.

Dane was my favorite skater growing up. We were on the same skate trip over a decade ago in Atlanta where i got sponsor by Gator Board Shop while he was there! Dane is who i looked up to skateboarding when i was coming up. Love you Dane your the best!
I remember being 12 going to 3rd lair when It was on lake Street and playing dane and cj tambornino in skate one time they were so nice even though they were way better. Seeing them in the mini ramp I was like damn
So cool. Parental advisory got me heavily into DGK for years. always loved Dane's part. Brad was an awesome part of dgk too. Blood money tour I was skating the demo with Dane and the team and It was like the coolest day ever because dgk was my fav!! won the best up the step up for a deck too. DGK posted me on the IG it was a photo of me behind quise and boo with their first ever pro decks (I ordered them both lol)
