I just found your channel. Just in time because I wanted to start making a Halo spartan cosplay. Sadly I'm looking for more of a Halo Reach armor look, but I'm still watching your videos. I've learned so much and will definitely be using eva foam for my build. I am tempted to pick up your pdf file to try this for a first attempt.

Hi Andrew! I watched a lot of your videos a few years ago but I never did anything about it. You showed up in my recommended again because of Halo Infinite and I found this. I have a question for you. Have you ever, and would you recommend applying fiberglass over this suit to make it more durable and shaped? I think that would give it a really cool effect but I've never done anything like this and I'd like to get an expert opinion.

TheGoldCat123 Well, you would just make room for it, make it curve a bit to get around the problem of the breasts, depending how big they are.

Did you actually make it? How expensive and hard was it?

No need to do any alterations, unless you have a very large breast size it will just cover them fine, chest armor is usually unisex.
If you're actually trying to get that boob armor effect rather than being worried about a good fit then you should modify the chestplate instead, just bend it over your knee to give it a rounder shape and maybe add some foam spacers on the underside so that it won't sit as flush with the base chest armor.

Clan Overkill Then you wear it to Airsoft...though I don't think it will block the "bullets"
