Andrew I would do parking lot lunges it works all the stabilizer muscles that machines can’t do .giving you even more fiber recruitment. And don’t do partial anything with legs .bad on the knees always full range of motion . You be good 👍🏻 idk why any body builders do partial anything it stops the weight strait on the knee joints it’s pointless . You got this champ can’t wait to see you display that mona Lisa work
To round off the triceps he needs ez bar pull over presses and reverse grip benches to hit the inside tricep head like a hammer .done right the reverse grip bench is all tricep .like the squat for triceps . I would love to show these incredible pros some of them indirect old school tricep work outs .
