Pretty sure I've had Raynaud's for 30 years or so (I'm 44). But in the last 2 years, I think I've also developed Erythromelalgia - which feels like the opposite of Raynaud's! My hands and feet seem to take turns being either cold, or almost burning and red. Just started going to the Dr. for it, and will be trying different things. Right now they're making me try Aspirin daily, but it's not helping much. I go back in a few weeks. Any recommendations for Erythromelalgia?

can Raynaud's cause swelling? My mum has the standard symptoms and I may have it but have swelling rather that white colour change. I am 14 so I'm wondering if it may get worse as I get older.

I wish they would show what black people hands look like with this. Because now I know I have this, (I had no idea it was an actual thing) but I don't ever recall turning blue... and I only turn white on the white part of my hands and feet. If it were really bad, would the brown part of my skin turn white as well? It's crazy I can't find pics anywhere of Black people who have this condition. What is up with that?

i’ve never thought of this. as i can’t really help you because i’m white, i’ve noticed if i’m having a bad outbreak i’ll get in the shower and the colors of blue and red become really noticeable for me as circulation is coming back.

I also want to know this, can’t find any information. The worry is that we already have the artery reaction… and in some vaccine cases I’m worried it could make it worst (ie. blood clots) 🤔

What if there's no white on toes, only bluish, and like nerve sensitivity. More so in cold.
