Bliss my heart, Christopher. I read today that you tour internationally and once visited New Zealand. Could Sydney happen? If it did, I would be there with bells on while wearing a warm smile. I cannot but do so when in your presence, which has been a virtual delight. And I dig the Magic Ukulele Club - I look ever forward to your luminous lessons where together we step back in time, and find you to be an endless enchanting moment. Thanks for being my grace place. 🌛
I would love to make it to Australia one day! it's very much on the bucket list. I just need to find some festivals that want me over there :) So glad that you're enjoying the magic ukulele club! With my move across the time I'm hoping I can work in a livestream time once a month that will be more convenient for folks across the Pacific as well.
So glad you enjoyed the lesson! There is separate lesson on the magic ukulele club with all of the additional chord voicings I use in the play-along : www.thetinman.co/join-the-magic-ukulele-club
This is excellent. I've embarked on a project to make ukulele songsheets for every song Cliff Edwards recorded, one of which was "After You've Gone". Unfortunately, I've yet to track down a copy of his performance, but I can imagine that he probably didn't stray too far from this style. A lovely piece and so clearly taught. Thanks.
Both of my ukes are custom made for me and both soprano so I don't have a whole lot to say about the other sizes :) Here are some videos on my ukes: ua-cam.com/video/a2OxqeKZJsU/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/nlu7jtO-2BU/v-deo.html

Breaking my fingers and brains at the same time on it but i will succeed in learning this wonderful song! Thanks!
I really love your tune and the way you sing. I feel nostalgic but sunnier, at the same time, somehow, on this cloudy autumn day now.
Thanks so much!
I thank you for your videos.@@Banjoleletinman

Alec Wilder describes this as the first great crossover standard (1918) Kay Starr later did a fabulous version.
Watching at work and can't wait to get home and grab my ukulele to try out this song! Thank you for the great tutorial, Christopher!
That was awesome! So happy to be learning from you! ❤
Awesome!!!!!!

That's a great project! I'd love to hear his version of this tune.
Sorry to disturb your scroll, we don't know each other but i wish you all the best in life and may all things work out in your favor❤
Where do you buy your Ukuleles. Do you have a video about the different types of Ukuleles, tenor, concert, soprano?
