Fsw is the switching frequency.this is 1000 HZ.for a single phase full bridge inverter RMS output voltage is equal with Vdc.and for half bridge it is Vdc/2

@Eamon Hannan Thank you.but 5 level flying capacitor model is very difficult to cover in one or two video.but I am planning with 3 level flying capacitor model.concept are same in both the cases for capacitor voltage balancing.so I will cover this soon.

Here 100√2 is the Vmax. Instantanius value of Sinusoidal wave is= Vmax sin(wt) Vmax=Vrms*√2 In this design inverter output RMS is 100 v. That is the importance of sqrt 2 .
The concept is same.You can see here in the expression ∆ILmax is present. But you have ∆IL means ∆ILrms that is 2 . Now convert this RMS value into max value by multiplying sqrt 2.that is how 2 *√2 coming.
